They created an absolutely phenomenal customer satisfaction experience beginning with my first telephone interaction with Miranda who was so sweet, and helpful. When I actually came in-person, Laura greeted my family and me at the door with a warm smile and an empathetic ear. And then there's Kevin, the store manager, who based on his team's response to our needs, is an excellent leader. Kevin was so accommodating and helpful in making our family's needs a priority and ensuring we were satisfied with the final product of our loved one's program for the funeral services. And last but not least were Braesha and Evetta, who actually handled the print job. They were so patient and pleasant; and handled the job with such care, patience and meticulous attention to detail.
