They were willing to take my car in same day and had it ready to go before the estimated finish date! Employees are friendly and they do great work! Definitely would recommend to everyone I know!

I dropped my vehicle off and got it back in a timely mannner. No issues, which says a lot in today’s world. My family and froends have used them too and had the same result. I’d recommend them to anyone needing work done. A+++++

It is clear that the customer service at this place is horrible and it comes from the owners. A place that say they’re r not mechanics but suppose to repair cars is a place that should close its doors. They are a lawsuit away from having to shut down especially when they just slapping paint on cars and charging $5000 to do so. I strongly encourage everybody to go elsewhere for service.

Very very very bad customer service. Took my car for simple minor repairs that did not involve engine repairs and came out with $1,000+ needed for repairs from the front to the back of the car. Then, when I asked nicely just for someone to check the vehicle due them being the last ones to fix on the car, the white heffa tells me, it's not their job to check it and she's not going to pull someone off of a paying customer service ?. Its never ok to turned a previous customer away because it causes reviews like this. By looking at the rest of the reviews and responses, it is evident that the owners are rude, unprofessional, and straight clowns of Pro1. However them guys & gals up the road at MBW EXCELLENT!!!

Everyone I worked with leading up to having my car repaired and during the process was super helpful. The work done looks great. I can’t even tell a difference compared to the existing sections that were matched.
I’m grateful for a quick turnaround and a smooth process.
