I have used Publix pharmacy for quite some time now and honestly the customer service is terrible. Today I waited an hour and a half in line at the window for my prescription to be filled, and when I got to the window, the rude lady said it wasn’t ready yet and I had to come back on 15 minutes. I had already waited an hour and a half and now she wants me to get back in line for another hour and a half? I will not be using Publix pharmacy again. I was trying to avoid going inside so as not to spread strep, but I will not be waiting in that line again.

Rude little girl at the drive thru window, Cole (the pharmacist) refused to fill me medicine after I had just gotten off of a 12 hour shift because it wasn’t convenient for him. He also likes to argue with customers and try to speak over the customer when they are trying to explain something. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years but it has really went downhill bad with bad customer service, long wait times especially at the drive thru window!!!

I love that Publix pharmacies actually enable you to talk to a human being and don’t just give you an automated system when you call their number. I was able to get all my prescriptions transferred over to this location and the staff are so helpful and friendly.

During a family visit here in Leesburg/Albany, we decided to get subs at Publix. There were 4 of us ordering a total of 12-14 subs. Two people helped us eith the orders. A man and a woman on Wednesday 10/09/24.
These two people were extremely nice despite us ordering so many sandwiches at one time. Their patience was exemplary considering the circumstances. When we walked up, there was no one on line at all. They made the sandwiches with all of the fixings exactly the way we wanted them. Philly style. We appreciate your time and skills. The sandwiches were delicious. Also, thank you to the lady in the deli section who suggested Boars Head Chicken Everest. It was delicious.

I would do a zero star if available. It was only 8 pm and there was only 1 open register and the rest was self service with an attendant just standing there. What ever happened to Publix’s customer service? I had a cart full of groceries and the line was pretty long. So I asked the lady that was just standing at the self service register if she could open up another service register. Instead of saying, “ Ma’am I’m so sorry for the wait but let me help you here at the self service register.” Rather she pointed me to the self service register and looked away. Publix customer service has gone down the drain for several years now. No one offers to carry the groceries and hardly anyone talks at the register or be friendly. The prices of groceries are sky high compared to Food Lion, Aldi, and Walmart, yet we have to bag our own groceries. This is my last trip to Publix. So disappointed! You made Walmart look good today!

Cashiers are rude and cashiers talk different than what signs says in Publix. Either they got to change signs or train employees better. Till today shopped grocery every week for 8 years. Paid almost $300 a week. I got receipts for my purchase too. But today they lost a good customer . I decided not to shop from any Publix neither Georgia nor Florida.

Marginal education on their own system . Poor communication with clients causing health care defiecncies for that client. No accountability for their own inadequacies or poor system . I'm sorry doesn't work if it effects your health care . Maybe call a patient and don't rely on an inadiquit computer system and poorly trained personnel who advise the client improperly .

Was hoping they would never implement self-check out, but they have. I guess it's nice if you only have one or two items. Just feels like the atmosphere is starting to change. Still a good clean store.
