Ordered from company for the 2nd time and it was a BIG mistake. I was sent fresh seedling (clones) after ordering 1 gallon plants.I asked for my money back and their response to this and my complaint..."We really strive hard & work long hours 7 days a week in hot 100+ deg for months on end getting plants ready. Since this COVID thing we have minimal help as NO-ONE wants to work which makes everything even more difficult.Further we were slowed down with cooler weather in the spring – however customers PUSH & PUSH & will not wait the extra time needed for the plants to mature. In every nursery situation you have to start the larger pots off with starter stock. The 4” plants pictured on the website are several months old – new season 4” pots are in the range of 8-12” in height when shipped.Seedling stock that is shipped is 6-8 inches in height at the beginning of the spring season and as the season moves along they are 12-15”in height. These are plants NOT a manufacturing plant that sits inventory on the shelf ready to sell."What does this have to do with selling little clones as 1 gallon plants?! The 4 inch pot shown on the site was a real plant not a little starter and it cost almost $30.I purchased 12 of their one gallon plants at $599.40 and look what they had the nerve to ship to me.See the attached pic for the "One Gallon Plant"
