My dog bit the corner of my mac book Pro's screen and the entire screen went black. I had a final exam to take the next day and Apple wanted over $600 to fix it (of course apple cre warranty had lapsed). I called Shawn at 1 Stop and he promised me that I would be able to take my final on my computer before the work day was over; and he was right. His price was reasonable, he was patient and answered every question that had with professionalism. This guy knows what he's doing and you can tell that he loves what he does. For your PC, Apple, or cell phone repairs Shawn and 1Stop is where you want to go

I came in to get a screen repair for my 2020 MacBook Air yesterday. The owner has great customer service and the price is very reasonable compared to others in the area. His time efficiency is superb. I HIGHLY recommend going to him if you are looking for any type of repair with your devices.

Let me start by saying I decided to go to 1 Stop PC Repairs based on the informative positive responses!
On Feb 29th I took my laptop on to have a hardware issue diagnosed.
Shawn was able to fix the issue less than 5 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable and his demeanor was pleasant!
I would definitely recommend taking your electronics issues to 1 Stop PC Repair. Shawn I definitely appreciate your level of service!

Shawn fixed my iphone 13 pro max and it’s perfect he works so well with iphone products which is difficult to do, he even went out his way to get a screen for me the same day when every other phone repair store was unable to until days later, he also went out his way to put a screen protector on my phone for free with reasonable repair prices, get at himmm!!!

My name is Alejandro, and I promise you that th is place is the best!Tried going to Geek Squad to get my laptop keyboard fixed, got shafted immediately.I was told to try somewhere local, and I'm so happy that I did.Not only did they fix my keyboard, but when I mentioned a lag problem to them, they immediately identified the problem (faulty battery) and right away ordered a new one.The owner has the patience of a Saint. He knew that I worked primarily from my computer, and gave me a loaner setup while we waited for the replacement battery to come in, so I didn't miss a day of work.Not to mention that the price at the end of it all was exceptionally reasonable.I'm certain there is no better place this side of Georgia to go to to get your computer fixed!

Thank you Shawn. I had the dreaded Dell laptop 7 beeps. He was able to save my data off of the laptop and gave me a great inexpensive option to continue using my hard drive. If you need any repair or other services you need to use them. Excellent price and service.

The owner, Sean, knows exactly what he's doing. He is not just knowledgeable, his pricing is convenient and he actually explains to you what is best at the time and what can wait till we see results, in other words, he's not just trying to get paid, he actually helps you. I am going to spread the word and definitely coming back.
