Vehicle was supposed to be picked up Jan 2-3 they finally picked up Jan 7 and when delivered wanted to charge me more than what was on the contract. Do Not Use these people save yourself headaches

Absolute worst transport company out there. Do not use! Total scamers!!! After paying my deposit and setting up transport in a certain order, they decided to switch the order of pickup on their own which caused loss of the deal. When they arrived at first location they wanted me to pay extra above the contract for their screw up. After canceling the entire transport due to loss of deal Charlie Jordan promised a refund. I have a recording of the promise. 5 days later I get a call that they won't refund my money but will give me a credit instead. Looks like I will file a lawsuit.

Poor communication. They’re good at setting up the deposit but will not provide photos, or the status updates are limited. Where is my car? Who is the driver? Very frustrating.

They canceled twice but still will only give ½ my deposit back!
They said Fri or Sat my vehicle will be transported.
Fri came
Sat went by and they finally called. Had to reschedule for Monday or Tuesday.
I said you canceled I want my money back
Then they said read your document that I signed lol
Apparently they have five days to cancel and reschedule before it's there fault.
I tried to work with them but they kept telling me it's my fault if I cancel even tho my vehicle is still outside!!
Never Ever will o use this company nor recommend them to anyone!!

This is the second time I've used the company. The first time was an OK experience except the car arrived later than expected. This time, the pick up went well, but when the car arrived we received a text from the driver to meet at a truck stop since he couldn't bring his truck into the city. When asked for a refund of the LYFT charges, I was told that they could only apply for a discount for future moves. I was expecting a reduction in the cost since they didn't live up to the contract as well as a reimbursement of the LYFT fees. After reading the other reviews, I guess my experience was a lot better, but it was frustrating none the less.

I recently used A and A Car Transport and it was an easy and smooth experience! They were recommended to me by a dealer and after checking around I found them to be very competitive on price and super responsive. ******* got me a quote on the spot and got me confirmed with a truck and driver within a day or two. He was always available to answer questions and and keep me up to date on the progress from pick up to delivery. Since this was my first experience transporting a car, he made it easy and helped calm my nerves. The experience was flawless and I highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience with this company from beginning to end. They did use another transport company which is understandable, but everything turned out great. This company used Edish car transport, Lasha was the driver. Nothing but professionalism through out.

Absolutely terrible. They gave a good price, took the deposit and Monday, Wednesday, Friday stalled me for almost two weeks. They finally refunded and I just went and drove the truck home.Service: Long distance hauling

I have used AA Transport over the past 2 years to haul several cars and SUVs with great success. *************************** has been excellent at communicating at every step along the way from pricing, to pick -up and final delivery. They have always been competitively priced and fair. If you need a vehicle transported anywhere that is fully insured at a fair price you need to call AA TRANSPORT. I work with *******- he makes it easy.
