Everytime I try to call in order no answer. Pass it on my way to the American deli which is farther away but they always answer my call, I look in the parking lot here and it’s no customers or very few cars there. They just don’t answer the phone . I even called when I got in parking lot just to see, the young kid was at the counter on his phone ignoring the ringing phone. I’ll just go to the one between Walmart and Home Depot for now on.

I enjoy coming here great spot, great price and really tasty ? food ! All kinds of options to choose from the menu. You can dine in or take out! Few tables inside and a restroom ?.I also had chicken tenders and Philly sub wings combo here also also very tasty! ??

The cashiers are pleasant and professional. I enjoy the food here the drinks on the other hand not so good...Super sweet and the taste could be better.

So far, the food that I've ordered has been consistent in regard to taste/quality. I dont expect super high quality when it comes to fast food places and such so the service/food at this particular place is on par for what I'd expect: decent service, food and atmosphere. The cashier was nice. Place was clean. Plenty of seating/parking, no long wait.

This location is the only one on the main drag of Lawrenceville highway and Rockbridge Road. The food is good and always fresh and hot but the staff don’t answer the phone just close this location down if you can’t handle the demand just close this location.Customers have to call and call and call no one answers the phone it’s very frustrating and disappointing! Get staff at this location that want to work and do there jobs! But again, if you can’t handle the demand just close this location. Give another American deli a chance because this location is very disappointing when it comes to customer service!!!

I have been coming here for a couple of years now, and I’ve never had an issue with this place until today. I ordered 3 orders of wings 6 pcs , and the lady working was telling me they sell 5 pcs or 10 pcs when I know they don't; it’s even on the door dash app for 6 pcs.I don’t care at this point, I’m like, "Okay, just give me 5 pcs on each order." When my dad shows up to pick up the order, they are charging him for the drinks when I told this lady no drinks, and she still charged them saying it comes with the order, when I know I have the option of having the drinks or not.Also on the receipt it said 6 pcs meal when it was a 5 pcs of wings on the 3 orders.

This place is never open, and the hours are always deceiving, but if you do find it open food is the best around.

Food was great, super hot and fresh. The crispy fries are some if the best anywhere. Gyro is awesome. My son had the Philly and wing combo and all was tasty, hot and fresh. Service was pretty quick too.

witnessed a disrespectful cashier throw a customers wings on the floor after she asked they prepared a certain way and than proceeded to get into physical altercation with her. It was ridiculous the lack of customer service was atrocious

I visited this location on Friday March 10th where I witnessed the a hispanic male at the front counter assault a customer. He was very rude and disrespectful to a customer that asked him to rely a message to the kitchen staff about her order. I will never visit this location again.
