The Reason I gave 3 Stars is because while the product selection is good, this place is horrible bathroom wise, if you are planning to come here plan on using the bathroom before you come because they do not have public bathrooms which is stupid. They should have public bathrooms for customers

I have sold and purchased items at BBPD and with every transaction the service has been amazing! I recently purchased a Gucci handbag from a Facebook Live and let me say it is in almost perfect condition for a fraction of the price of a new one! They are very honest and spot on with how they rate their items!! I highly recommend consigning and purchasing from this store!

I've been buying and selling items at BBPD for several years, and it's one of my favorite consignment stores to shop at. The variety is incredible, with a diverse range of sizes and styles. However, in my experience, it's better to be a buyer than a consignor here.
For example, one time they lost an accessory I was selling. When I went to pick it up at the 60-day mark, they couldn’t locate it. They did pay me the consigned price, but it was only a quarter of what I originally paid for the item. On another occasion, I consigned a Chanel piece and specifically asked if it would go on sale. I was assured it wouldn’t, but a week later, the entire store was 30% off, and I ended up losing a few hundred dollars due to the unexpected discount.
Despite these issues, I’m still a big fan of shopping here. The variety and frequent sales make it easy to find high-quality items for under $20. I always recommend it to my friends, especially for their formal wear section, which is perfect for prom and weddings.

As a long time buyer at this store I can only say Buyers beware.. This company will sell a product before authentication. I left a comment on a post on Instagram about some of the details looking incorrect. Instead of addressing my concerns they simply turned off the comments. THEN they went and got it authenticated AFTER the comment was left. (There is a timestamp on the certificate) Addressing customer concersn should be easy for a legit business. Additionally, they buy products outright so the commission does apply to some items but not all like they claim. If you read the terms of agreement you can't back out of your purchase. The terms on the website are not buyer or seller friendly at all. The authentication website they use is photo based AI so any photos can be used. Use caution and do your research is all I can say.
