please hire more Tellers, there's always a long line inside the bank with only 1 or 2 Tellers working. I thought I'd try the drive thru, but same situation. At least the teller did warn me about the wait, but still they need more Tellers to help customers efficiently, especially on Fridays and the 1st of the month ??

Hanrietta Harleston at this place is a nice lady. She is very professional and cooperative lady. It took five minutes to open two new accounts of my kids. Great place to banking.

This was my first time coming to this bank! I usually go to the bank off Five Forks Trickum but they always have service problems! So I’m definitely coming back to this bank! The workers was polite & it was bigger on the inside & outside! Amazing bank!

Disappointment with the service I received from Truist Branch in Lilburn on March 16, 2023. The place was empty, there was 2 bank tellers. None of them greeted me, so I walk up to Keiry a bank teller. She had her head down the whole time as I stand in front of her. She look up and stare at the other teller then laugh at me. Keiry is extremely unprofessional and exhibited a lack of customer service skills. I felt disrespected and undervalued as a customer of your bank. As a long-time customer of your bank, I expect a higher level of service from your employees. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that this type of behavior does not happen again.

I went into branch on time. Unpleasantly, I was instructed that that online appointments aren’t communicated to the branch. After waiting 30 minutes I left and opened my new business account at Wells Fargo.I’m only leaving a 2 star instead of 1 because the teller was pleasant.

I came in around 11:30 on a weekday and I was seen promptly. Henrietta helped me and she was so kind and patient. She was just a very genuine human being. She was able to help me without any issues. My first time visiting this branch was really good because of her.

I walk into the bank without an appointment there were three bankers two had customers one did not. The one with no customer asked what I needed did I have an appointment. Told her what I needed and that I did not have an appointment she said no problem the banker that needs to help you was doing wire transfer and will be able to help you shortly. After waiting for 30 minutes I watch the customer leave with the wire transfer and the banker proceeds to sit at her desk and get on her cell phone. Sat there for another 30 minutes on her phone never even looked up at the lobby a totally different banker then comes out and says oh we go to lunch in 30 minutes so since you didn’t have an appointment you can wait or come back later after lunch . If you’re going to treat walk in customers like trash then you should be appointment only so that there are no discrepancies I was looking to open a new personal and business account after this experience I think I’ll try another bank all together thank you Truist employees
