I started PT approximately one and a half months ago. I can not believe the difference it has made. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I really didn't expect my health to improve like this! I was using the pain patch also medicine for breakthrough pain. Since PT I'm off the patch and down from 200mg of pain pills a day to 50mgs. I'm able to walk with better posture and better balance. I had total hip replacement in January this year. Plus I need my other hip and my left knee replacement done. I used a walker due to back pain. My whole alignment was off. New hip, no pain. Knees and back was terrible. Benchmark PT has changed my life 200%. Along with excellent staff, the facility is neat and clean. Thank you Benchmark for giving me confidence to enjoy activities with my family and friends which was zero. Have been seeing therapists at Benchmark PT - Beaver Ruin for four weeks now, and have found them to be thorough, knowledgeable, and flexible. Have worked with two different therapists and had positive experiences with both. Just had surgery and will be returning for post-surgery rehab.

Very disappointed in Benchmark Beaver Ruin. My young teen son needed therapy for a soft tissue issue in his upper arm. I cancelled his second appointment after insurance delays due to him being positive for COVID, at that time the front desk did not ask me to reschedule. Now my husband has COVID so we are all technically exposed. They are terminating my son's care with them because we have not been compliant and the case has "timed out". Total lack of compassion and understanding on the part of the office staff. We are in a pandemic for heaven's sake. I asked for a supervisor but there was no improvement. It seems there were no notes that our household had covid. So the reason it was terminated is we were not responsive.

My experience at Benchmark was great! The entire staff were so friendly from beginning to end. I came in with level 10 pain and through the course of everything I learned and did in physical therapy and brought back home, I now have 0 pain. Mason and Morgan are extremely knowledgeable and patient. Not only do they help you physically they make sure you have an understanding of everything you are feeling throughout the process. Benchmark staff made me feel so comfortable in my journey to recovery and I absolutely recommend them!!!!

It is hard to believe the accomplishments that have been made. When I started my PT I was always in pain. I met Morgan on my first day and she knew exactly how we needed to proceed in order to get me walking again. She succeeded in getting me on my feet again. Mason also worked very hard and eventually got me to stop complaining. Dr Morgan Ridge and Dr Mason Earp are truly professional and their knowledge is unsurpassed. I walked through the doors one early morning preparing to embrace a place of professional nervousness. As I walked in I was greeted with such kindness by Morgan and Jackie. I then met Kary, who is such a joyful and helpful soul. Lastly, Mason, the fearless leader and chief of therapy. So knowledgeable and cool but strictly about his business. This clinic defines what it is to be a top notch therapy center. If I could come in everyday to be treated I would do so, even if it meant injuring my back by bending over and picking up some grass. That’s how much this center means to me. Five stars for ever, Bravo Bravo they all cheered! Fino alla prossima Volta.
