Went in asking for help sat there 5 minutes before someone came to ask if I needed help and to be told to come back in 45 minutes because they were going to lunch this bank sucks

I have been using this branch for MANY years. They have always been quick to help even with estate accounts, which can prove to be tricky for any bank. They provide alerts whenever they see unusual activity on my account. They were amazing financial partners to have when our daughter traveled to Europe and needed a new card to be issued quickly. I have zero complaints and lots of praise. I have recently been erroneously reported as deceased, causing a multitude of credit problems. I have faith that Chase will help me through this process with the efficiency and professionalism I have encountered with them in the past.

I was not happy at all with this location. I walked in with a very legit check. I wanted to cash this check at Chase Bank because this was a JP Morgan Chase Check. My bank would have had to hold the check for 7 days, so that’s why I wanted to go to Chase to cash the check. The bank telller told me because I did not have an account there or have an affiliation with Chase Bank there was nothing they could do. I went back to my bank and told them what happen and my bank said I need to question this. I was not pleased at all. I will never be a Chase Bank customer.

This location has no concept of customer service and I don’t think their staff is high school graduated and branch manager also.They don’t know how to make a simple deposit.

There ATM hardly works,can’t deposit theRe ATM machine don’t work the one outside ATM works 70% of the time is not working alway has a glitch. You would think a manger will call and have the service come out and fix all there ATM. So I went and to a new bank no more problems!!!!

They are very nice, but there is always a long wait, only one teller. Maybe two tellers every once in a while.

Everywhere inside the building says no overdraft fees. I was told when I started my account I won't have overdraft fees. That was true up until 3 days ago. $136 in overdraft fees and they thought they were being nice by returning $34. Standing inside the chase bank now waiting on a manager so I can close out my account. Meanwhile there's a paper in front of me that specifically states no overdraft fees. Even the fine print says you won't occur an overdraft fee if your account goes negative.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called multiple times for more than 3 hours. Each time I was placed on hold then transferred only for the call to be disconnected. I never received resolution. THE WORST CREDIT CARD SERVICE!!!!!

CREDIT CARD SERVICES - I have called Chase from 3pm on Feb 2, 2022. It is now 7:42pm. I have placed more than 9 calls only to be placed on hold and be transferred for more than 3 hours. The end result was a rep advising me the department I need to speak to is closed. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
