Been sitting here for about an our and did get attended to, but after looking for a number for a minute, she took the people who came after me and is going through their whole process and I basically sat there until I had to leave due to taking too much time. And not all their associates know all the rules to their deals. So even if I was ok with dealing with the misunderstanding and late fees, WHILE ready, I'm still forced to leave because she took too much time and I have to walk to work. I came early enough but still was made to wait for the single employee at tending to someone else while I sat at the front desk. Was the 2nd person in and still couldn't get my issue resolved. Good cell service but seems like today wasn't their day.
Not mention that the employee still helped out pick out a case and screen protector! At the end I was ready to just add my old number to this phone and be on my way.

The store is fatal, according to the opening hours at the door, it is from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and I arrived at 10:15 am and it was closed and one of the many saw that I wanted to open and only the ones that weren't were made. They didn't care and I kept waiting 5 minutes until one of them decided to open. And I told him what he was doing but he wasn't paying attention, he just walked around arranging cell phones and just said call cricket call cricket I think this store is cricket. Conclusion I had no help and the girl apparently had not had a good night. Fatal fatal.

THE AC AT THIS STORE DOESNT WORK I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET A LINE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADONIS PROVIDE ME WAS AWESOME BUT I REALLY HOPE THEY FIX THIS PROBLEM I FEEL BAD FOR THE EMPLOYEES THAT WORK AT THIS STORE!!!
