Terrible company and they lack professionalism. I arrived at this location and was told one price, but after I went to get a money order and came back I was told another price. Never was I told they go up on price by the hour the car was retrieved. Mind you the process already took more time that I was allowed. As I waiting for to get my car the older gentleman who watches over the yard was chatting it up with a random customer. I asked him could we hurry and grab the car because this process is taking a while and I have to get to work. Instead of immediately taking me to my car he threatened to have me charged for another day as if I hadn’t already paid to get it out. Btw a tow yard is no place to have a baby at work Lucia. Find proper daycare.

This company operates like a money-making scheme! Very evil and no good deed comes from this. It’s clear they collaborate with apartment complexes to tow vehicles without warning or courtesy notices, using any excuse they can find. With the economy already in a tough spot, they’re making things worse by draining people’s pockets and they only accept Zelle and money orders. How can you justify treating people this way?

want a company that will take 2 weeks to get back with you or tow some cars away?! then this is the company for you! for real though, a lone Amish dude with a horse and buggy could haul cars away faster than these guys

Company engages in evil and predatory business practices. Towed my car over expired tags that I had renewed the next day after they issued me the warning. Their excuse was that I needed to let my apartment know that I had fixed the mistake, but failed to include that in the warning sticker given to me. I was wrongfully charged, but it’s ok because God always has the final say. Taking money from people before Christmas is evil. I’m praying for you all.

wow….. terrible experience!! my car was stolen a few weeks ago. it was found abandoned at an apartment complex and was towed by this company. it took 11 days(!!!!) for them to notify me they had my car. remember, this entire time i have no car and am trying to figure out how to continue my life as normal. (insurance won’t do anything until 14 days after a vehicle is stolen). once they finally notified me, i told them that insurance was going to pick up my car and take it to a shop. the woman on the phone told me that ALL she needed was a copy of my insurance card and a copy of my drivers license. i actually called back later that night to confirm that’s all they needed to release my car to insurance. i spoke to a different person and they verified what i was told. now, today, i get a call from my insurance agent saying they won’t release the car. i call the towing company, once again, and am told that i need to print a form from their website, GET IT NOTARIZED, and then deliver it IN PERSON. bro….. i don’t have a car!!!! you guys have my car!! am i supposed to by an UBER to the library to print something, to UPS to have it notarized and then to your shop to deliver it? what the hell? i understand that they need verification and all that, but come on. there has got to be a way to make this easier on people like me. i am so livid and this is so much added stress to an already ridiculously stressful situation. the woman on the phone verified that what she told me was wrong and she was ~very sorry~ i’m sure you are, lady. ridiculous

This place lacks professionalism and courtesy. I called the place, got the price, asked about payment forms, asked if I could leave my other vehicle, and told them I was on my way. It took over an hour and a half to retrieve my vehicle. I had to wait on a tow truck to come move other cars. I did not complain about being over charged. I wanted to get my vehicle and leave. I asked how long. Lady said I just needed to print your receipt. 20 minutes later how long? She said she told me 45 minutes at 4:45 pm. It was 6pm before I left. They did not care. Communication was bad! It took them a while to come up with my change. Horrible experience and I warn businesses not to use their services. Instead of laughing and wasting time, the ladies in the office should learn to drive a truck! They could have moved the vehicles instead of making me wait on a tow truck.

They attached a sticker on to my car, saying that my license plate does not have a registration sticker. Mine is registered in New Jersey and in New Jersey they don't issue registration stickers.They don't even know this.

Be careful, terrible business practices. This company goes out of their way to make it more difficult to get your vehicle back, that way you pay more. Don’t let them walk on you.

Unprofessional business owners. overcharge for towing, you’ll pay them 200 for them towing you’re car and they can’t even take out the sticker out of my window themselves, my window still has glue from they’re stickers. This company is taken care by a bunch of feminist, really bad experience I would never recommend anyone to make business with these people.

Company came into my apartment complex to put a sticker on my automobile for "expired tags." My tags are updated, and if they ran my plate, they would have seen it. My complex doesn't even do business with them, so that means they snuck in here to put a sticker on any automobile just because.

Lol Trying to say I'm subject to towing because my registration sticker wasn't updated since I'm waiting for county to send it. What a joke of a company.
