“Fast and efficient and affordable repair to my Galaxy Pixel Pro today when the display failed to white screen yesterday afternoon. Was told by another repair store with multiple locations around Atlanta that it couldn't be repaired for an additional 72 hours (didn't have the replacement part in stock) and the cost at the other place would be over $300. I paid less than $200 for the repair at PhoneWorld. Wan was super friendly and straightforward and completed diagnostic and repair work in under 3 hours. I also bought a very affordable phone case and screen protector as well. I highly recommend and will be back for any future needs!”

“Fantastic customer service! I needed a new battery for my Google pixel. UBreakIFix came up as a Google certified store, so I made an appointment online and called to check if they had a battery in stock before I came by for the appointment. They said they didn't have my model battery in stock but could order it. Due to company policy though, you must pay in person for half the part up front and then the remaining balance afterwards. They also said the appointment is more of a formality and they'd still see me without the appointment if I needed to cancel and find a different time. I went in on Sunday and paid for the first half of the battery. They do charge a credit card fee, so use cash if you have it. Front desk customer service was super nice, and made whole process less stressful. The Google battery arrived in store the following Friday and I went in Saturday morning for the repair. They said would take 2-4 hours, so I ran some errands and got lunch before it was finished. Battery came with 1 year warranty as well. It works just like before! The walk out price was $103, give or take some coin change. It was definitely much cheaper than a new phone, and everyone was incredibly nice.”

We stopped in to see if there was anything that could be done, and they took time to glue it back together and get it working again. They did not charge us for the fix. Really appreciated the help. They could have easily charged me or told me to replace it, but instead they helped us out at no cost.
