“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in town believe me! The manager Melanny was so helpful and patient with me. She did me the favor of transferring carriers so easy for a old fellow like myself. She explained everything detail by detail and also helped me transfer all my apps, contacts and pictures to my new phone. She explained the difference between every device and recommended me the phone she thinks best suits me. Though the store was pretty busy she was still very patient with me and continue to have a positive attitude throughout the whole transaction. If you decide to come to this location I recommend you to deal with Melanny. I promise you will love her and she will take good care of you just like she did to me. “I just happened to shop at this Walmart location. I happened to stop by at Techy, because I got the new iPhone 17 PRO MAX. My two visits, Allen was so helpful and very easy to talk too. HE helped me get two iPhone cases for my new phone and helped me put the new cases on my phone. He even took 2 older phones I had which was so old, he would recycle them. He went above and beyond to help me out, I will definitely come back to see him if I need further assistance.”
