From my first call to this shop until I picked up my car from service, this shop did an exceptional job! Chris was my first point of contact and how he answered my initial questions about my vehicle made me bring my vehicle in. Once in the others work that day did a great job following through on what Chris highlighted. The customer service was exceptional! Chris was very personable and professional along with the rest of the team. I will be back!

We have been going to this location for a long time now and I can actually say i’ve never really been above a five as far as the service we receive I can say I give the advisor that assisted us a seven for his communication skills as far as being very patient with answering all my questions and concerns, but when it comes down to the service from the mechanics and knowledge with the location I’m not too satisfied ever because If I was your typical Joe that isn’t car savvy I would miss out on important services that needed to be done to my vehicle. We had dropped the car off at 7pm Monday night to be serviced 7am Tuesday and no one even knew it was there and said it arrived at 1:40pm when they called to review everything with me. I just so happen to state that the car had been there 24 hours and had to leave my car there another day until 5:30pm Wednesday. Gosh. Just happen to be this time around My key fob was returned to me broken and the guy said that he would leave a note for Christopher to reach out to me so they can replace it. The manager did reach out to me to replace the key fob yet he was very demanding himself, telling me not to leave a complaint but to goto him first. Well I received a survey and all I did was complete that survey. Also oil on my car handle and side fender. Guys lied about dropping and breaking my key fab and said it was already like that. I have only had my BRAND NEW KEY FAB since 9/2023. Not even a year yet. I highly recommend taking pics of your car and fab in the future. To avoid being called a liar. They really need to wear gloves as well instead of leaving stains everywhere! Gross.
The manager said he believes the customer no matter what. They are going to replace it, I’ll give another star for that but the manager was pretty rough around the edges, speaking AT ME instead of to me on the phone.

Go to a different Firestone. Someone there turned me away because I was there 35 mins before closing when a nearby Firestone said to come at least 30 mins before closing for what I needed.

I have been having my car serviced at this location for two years now. They are consistently professional, courteous and excellent in every way. I went in on 05/11/2024 because my A/C was blowing hot air. My Service Technician is Mr. Demond. He is Outstanding. I am always a "Nervous Nellie" when it comes to auto repairs. He always puts my mind at ease. He inspires confidence because he assures me that he will take care of the issue. Which he did. He is conscientious and keeps me updated on any services that are coming due. He goes the extra mile and I appreciate this so very much. The Service Advisors are courteous and professional. The Waiting Area is neat and orderly. The Restrooms are clean and well stocked. There is also hand sanitizer on display, which is helpful. I highly recommend this location. They earn your trust via their expertise, timeliness and professionalism.

Firestone Lilburn is truly one of my favorite locations. The workers are honest, and being a woman, I appreciate that more than anything. They really have taken good care of my cars since 2012.
