Global Tires, this establishment is refusing to honor the 50k mileage prorated warranty that was guaranteed during the time of service. I was defrauded and misleaded. This company has performed an unethical act by deceiving a customer by guaranteeing replacement tires if the tread wears out before the 50k mileage and not honoring the warranty. I purchased Runflat Cinturato Pirelli Tires 225/45/17. The tread wore out bald and at 2/32" tread BEFORE the 50k mileage. My written receipt, which represents as a contract states 50k prorated warranty with NO Warranty Stipulations, Terms and Conditions listed on the receipt agreement. I was guaranteed 50k prorated warranty. I expect the company to honor the legal binding written receipt agreement. Global Tire employee Annatolley tried to verbally revised the warranty and created excuses why he will not honor the warranty. He's not comprehending that the written agreement receipt override what he is verbally saying. Annatolley saw both tires that's bald and at 2/32". My legal written receipt has NO stipulations, Terms and Condition. I am entitled to have the 50k prorated warranty honored as you agreed during time of service and your company guarantee warranties on your website. These tires are unsafe and one of the tires exploded while driving due to the tread wearing out before the 50k. I'm requesting a refund or two new replacement tires. I purchased the tires based on the salesperson reassuring the 50k mileage warranty would last up to that limit, if not, I could receive replacement tires. The tires failed to meet the defined mileage limit, now Global Tires is making an unethical decision by not honoring what was verbally said and written on the receipt. You're going against your company policy. I will file a complaint with every consumer protection bureau association related to your field of business. As a company you need to abide by your company's rules and policy.

Great service 100% legit. Brian and Voung at VB automotive & performance recommend me this place. Friendly and cool staff got me in for an alignment, tire balance. They work on lifted trucks so is a plus! not like the other place (cough cough tire discounters) where I originally went to get tires, not only did they not do their famous “free alignment” they didn’t balance the tires as well. My steering was shaking going 60-70 mph after getting my tires with them Thursday afternoon. Global tires got my truck driving smooth again.

went in to get a quote on new wheels and tires. Anitoly in the front was straight to the point and helped us get the correct tire size (i don’t know much) i was expecting to wait a week as every other shop but once we figured out what we wanted it took about 3 hours from parts to install. we found it was rubbing after and he offered to remove the liners for us. overall everyone is super nice and the environment just feels like you’re hanging out with friends. 100% recommend to go to global

I had a horrible experience at this tire shop, and they did not horner the price they initially quoted, I was overcharged for a simple alignment job that Most other shops around the area only charge $80.The young man who works at the front desk is inmature, disrespectful,and unprofessional.I would not recommend this establishment.
