My experience was really fantastic my first time renting a storage unit I didn’t know what I want or what to look for but miss Dora was very helpful and nice she explained to me the process and showed me the units got me thru the paperwork and out the door fast and efficient I recommended her if you need to know anything and I love my unit as well clean lots of space 💪🏾🫡

Amazing experience, this was my first ever unit she helped me through the whole process I got to walk through the unit to see if it was best fit before buying she is such a amazing person and has a good spirit and heart. I Highly recommend anyone to rent through this specific location!!

Yesterday, my wife and I visited Public Storage while preparing for our move, and we had the pleasure of being helped by Gwen at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Gwen was beyond kind, patient, and informative. She took the time to clearly explain all of our options and walk us through the entire process, which made everything feel much less overwhelming.
Gwen went above and beyond by showing us how to set up our locker and guiding us on how to access the gate through the app, saving us from having to remember a code. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help made our experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate her outstanding service!

Angie, who assisted us with our rental unit, was always extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant.
