They almost always have what I need. The only thing I wish is that they had more online offerings and free delivery. I think Home Depot needs to do more to become the Amazon of Home Improvement stores.

Home Depot is my favorite store, and I don’t regret spending my money there. However, because of this particular location, I hate going to the store. I’ve been consistently disappointed by their customer service. Today was the worst experience—I went to pick up my online order, and Cashier Shrita treated me as if I were getting the items for free. She refused to engage in conversation and seemed disinterested in her work. Finally, I spoke to her supervisor, who was equally terrible—a guy with a ponytail and eyeglasses. I’ll never forget this story.”

Someone give Mark a raise !!!!! He was walking in the aisle and I didn’t even have to ask for help ? he saw the struggle in my eyes and went up and beyond for me with a SMILE ? He helped me pick out the right pieces for the project I had in mind, cut all the parts (there were a lot of parts ?) and went to find products in stock for me!!!
Thank you Mark!!! You saved me man! I would give 10 stars if I could ??????????

The process of picking up something that I bought online could use improvement. I got a text saying that it was ready for pickup. I got to the store and it wasn't ready. I leave, and about an hour later call ahead to make sure that it was ready for pickup, and they assure me that it is. I got, still not ready. Not until I come back a third time is it actually ready for pickup.

Bought some components to replace the stems for my shower knobs, and the employees in the plumbing department were amazing! Made sure I knew exactly what I needed and gave me advice to make sure everything went smoothly as I replaced the parts and turned the water main back on.

Not sure where else I can write to complain about this, but here it goes. A home improvement store should not sell diseased plants. Recently, All Blueberry plants from Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, have been tainted with Blueberry Rust. If you buy a plant from here, that plant will infect your other Blueberry bushes with the prolific disease. It took me a whole year to defeat the rust on my remaining 30 plants by picking off the affected leaves and alternating spraying chemicals such as Daconil, Copper spray, and Sulfur to stop the cycle of the rust. I will remove this review as soon as I see plants being sold are no longer affected with this disease. Please help stop the spread of Blueberry Rust!

Absolutely terrible location. Fastener aisle is never organized and almost always out of stock.
I've seen fewer cages and bars at a prison than at this location.
Employees are of no help and that is being generous. If you can use the home depot app then you have completely replaced the function of this store's employees.
I will not be returning
