If you want a storage facility that every 5 to 6 months raises the cost. Never has anyone on premises. When you do get a hold of customer service their always short and rude. A Property that is ran down and always dirty and storage units have water entry that no one will fix or even look at. Then This is the place for you!

Do not rent here. There's never anyone on site. I mail my payments directly from the bank, and in the last 4 months, they've managed to lose 3. I've talked and talked to customer service, but they cant get anyone on site to respond back to me! Wish I could give them a zero!
Update 1/8/2025 I mailed out my payment on 12/05/24, to the address listed on my invoice, and received another notification that my payment is overdue. These folks have to be the worst business I've ever dealt with!

Trashy Site and Fraudsters! From the day I leased a 10'x8' from this company it has been nothing but lies and regret. Every negative review regarding how dirty this place is IS and how avoidant, missing and RUDE the MGMT is IS TRUE. Roaches, stink bugs, rat feces and even a snake skin was in my stuff from this place and I was only here 4 months. Never saw a employee on this site or maybe I just described them. I was ready to walk away from this dump and leave it in the past but they attempted to charge my card 5 days after I moved out! I gave notice, left the unit opened on the 30th and NEVER signed the auto-pay so why the FRAUD attempt!?! Thankfully, I was smart enough to lock this card because my experience with you served as a warning.
BTW, if you're wondering why the empty unit is so dark, it's because the 'well lit' facilities they tout on their website is also BS. It was only 7:30pm on 10/30 when I took this.

The best customer service I've dealt with in a long time! Forgive me but I'm bad with remembering names, but the lady who set me up was absolutely a joy to talk with and she knew her stuff! I wish more customer service experiences were like that! Maybe she should consider starting a business training/teaching what customer service should be! Wonderful! Thank you!

When I arrived the property looks abandoned and not kept up .I arrived at 2:05pm the office was CLOSED but business office says 3:00pm.. Also a lot of cobb webs and roaches The area was not as great, rebble everywhere. The unit was given first was way too small . So they gave me a upgraded unit and soon as I opened it had roaches (mom roach) and baby roach. I absolutely can't store my belongings there. I left and called for a refund waiting on a call back. I also gave the back office a call they said to refund me it'll be 30-60 days with a mailed check.. what a joke I decided to rent else where.

I would give the business 5 stars if they actually responded to emails. I have two units and one of them has a small amount of items because I haven’t been able to use like I’d like. The door won’t stay open. I lift it and it slams shut. I had to use items from my unit to keep it open and damaged them in the process. I work nightshift and I sleep during the day. Email is my main form of communication. I received a voicemail asking if I could come by my unit from 8-11am. I responded via email after I woke up during non business hours. No response. I’ve sent NUMEROUS emails and not one response. I’m paying for a unit and can’t use. Complete waste of $. I don’t understand the point of having an email address if they dont/wont respond?

My belongings have been at this location since I moved to Georgia in 2021. The last 6 months to present or longer has been a nightmare working with Dawn. She is very cold not customer service friendly AT ALL but when she mess up she wants me to be. I asked for her general manager name and phone number and Brandy said that she can’t provide that to me unheard of.I spoke with Dawn last week and was advised that my unit had a lien on it for nonpayment (2 months) and that she needed a money order or cashiers check at the Killian Hill location on or before the 30th of October. I asked if she could waive any of the charges and she quickly responded with a NO. Okay I then told her that I didn’t have a car due to my car being in the shop and I asked if I can pay her via my debit or checking account she once again quickly responded with a NO saying that because of the status of my account the only payment she could accept is cashier check or money order. So I had to wait for someone to take me to get a money order and drop it in the slot on the door like I was told.I checked my bank account as I often do and there I see a charge for $306 for USA Storage. I spoke to Dawn on yesterday and was informed that the charge was reversed and because the charge was still pending with my bank it should post last night well it didn’t and now my account is negative. I want to hear from someone whose over Dawn someone in corporate regarding this situation. I expect to be compensated for Dawn behavior with regards to this matter. This will be posted on BBB and every social media platform that USA storage is associated with.No the problem is not that she followed protocol totally understand. The problem is that she and no one else wants to hear my concerns. I just called USA Storage with my sister on the other line to hear that it is still showing that I have a $306 balance HOW? Here’s the problem not that Dawn followed protocol in not being able to remove some/all of the overdue charges but that Dawn informed me that due to the status of my account she COULD NOT accept a debit or credit card payment and that my payment in the amount of $306 MUST be paid via money order or cashier check on or before the 30th of October. She told me to drop it off at the Killian Hll location and put it in the mail slot on the door and she/someone would be there to pick up payments on Saturday the 28th and Monday the 30th. I dropped off my money order on Sunday the 29th. If payments were picked up on Saturday and Monday like she said I should have a zero balance on my account. Upon checking my account on Tuesday the 31st I see that USA Storage took another $306. Is it my fault that my account wasn’t updated to reflect a zero balance which apparently as of today it still isn’t updated because it’s still stating that I have a balance of $306. So does that mean that y’all are going to take another $306. Now y’all want to put it on Wells Fargo and their policy of when my money will post back to my account. No it’s not Wells Fargo problem it’s USA Storage problem. My Wells Fargo account is now overdrawn because of this and I want to know who do y’all think is responsible for this overdraft fee on my Wells Fargo account?11/04/23Owner you’re sorry here’s what’s been happening since you responded to this review which isn’t good enough for meOkay so I have just called multiple times and each time the phone hangs up because I guess y’all recognize my number. Please tell me that I am imagining things when I look at my bank account. Well it looks like the credit is finally showing up and that it is also charging my card again for $306 and that’s probably because like I stated in all my previous conversations that my account was still showing a balance of $306 and I said so are y’all going to charge me another $306 which shouldn’t happen because I told Dawn to remove my card off file? But I’m the problem? Once again I’m requesting someone call me

Absolutely the worst experience dealing with there customer service, It’s been 2 days and I still haven't been able to move into my unit. I never got the rental agreement, I’ve called 6 times and have yet to get a call back from Management.This absolutely ridiculous
