I am a local Nonprofit company that run summer camp for kids With kids with autism. And a boys club to fight gang violence and today’s problems of young men. I supported this location for years. I went to ask for support for the nonprofit and show them what I am doing. They refuse to give anything. I have seen them throw items in the dumpsters and refused to donate it to a nonprofit that can turn it into profit and do so much for the community. But make millions of dollars in our communities and give nothing back. It just hard to believe. If you go to the back and the trash dumpster , it just full of things that can be donated. This is wild to me. It’s time to use other options instead of Lowes.

The staff I encountered during my visit was so nice and helpful. I was purchasing a new lawnmower and he helped me understand what to look for and how to compare the brands.

Shopping for a new refrigerator, but even with four sales associates at the appliance counter no help was offered. Waited 20 minutes but the sales staff just kept on talking among themselves. Went to Home Depot and purchased a new unit within 10 minutes.

I made an appliance order 05/29 for delivery 2 days after on 05/31. I told the associate my New address as it was different then the one on my account because I recently moved. The associate did not input the new address so the delivery end up going to my old house. Then they weren’t able to update the address in the store or the delivery agency. I then went to the store 05/31 and spoke to the Manager who insured I will receive my delivery to the correct address on 06/02 Today is 06/02 and I called to get an ETA on my appliance for them to tell me the order is canceled. I’ve been on the phone being bounced around for 1 hour trying to speak to their manager on duty. This is very unprofessional. I usually shop with Home Depot but Lowe’s had the Refrigerator I wanted for a great price. Never again will I spend my money here. Who is the district manager because y’all need to do better.

Doing some work on a couple home renovations and used this store to order what we needed at the Pro Desk. Not sure of the managers(?) name, but 10/10 service. Very friendly, extremely down to Earth and cool person to deal with. Best Lowe’s experience I’ve had so far.
