Self checkout. Sunday morning staff that works that section won't let me use cash/coins. Complained that machine fills up? Told me to go to customer service and use my cash/coins

The customer service was very poor at this location. It got so bad till the manager had to assist me because of the way an employee was very rude. Manager helped me out and was very nice and understanding. When the customer service tried to get me some help it took forever for someone to assist me. I have never been to a location and got this type of service at a Lowe's.

I bought $1666.26 material I had to return three 6×6×8 the post return desk personsaid I didn't buy from the stone mountain lowes even I showed her receipt she gave me credit back to my card and said she won't take no more returned from me . I guess they need to be educated how to refund/ credit

If you're trying to repair or replace copper plumbing and fittings you're not going to find it here they just don't keep enough copper plumbing supplies to do repairs like they used to it's all gone to SharkBite now which is junk..... The plastic plumbing will leak eventually in your house..... It just doesn't last like copper and the copper fittings....I bought a case of GE LED bulbs to replace 32 watt fluorescent 4 ft bulbs in the shop.... the guy and the electrical area said that they would work with any ballast!!! they will not.... they will only work with electronic ballast so beware when you're buying replacement LED bulbs for fluorescence.....

Store is organized & clean but customer service is sometimes hard to find depending on time of the visit.2.11.24 Update: Only had self-checkout available & had to wait 15 minutes in line before they had a cashier come to open a register. This has been regular for me on Sunday's since that is the day I normally go. Maybe I'll try early morning to avoid this.

I went to Lowe’s after considering going to Home Depot and I am glad I did! I needed to replace the screws to hang my tv mount. Mark and Carl went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t be more appreciative! So knowledgeable, speedy, courteous, professional, & friendly! Can every Lowe’s have a Carl & Mark??! ?

DIYers not welcomed here. I came here and needed help and waited and waited and no one showed up. Everyone working here were walking around and talking to each other in the aisles. When approached, workers here appeared bothered that you were asking them about the products.

It would be nice if the team members would know where some items were when you ask them, I asked a lady working the self checkout about moving boxes she sent with confidence down 2 aisles away from the moving supplies ?

This store is conveniently located, the staff is helpful, and most prices are reasonable but I always comparison shop. Love the garden, lighting and kitchen especially.

I recently visited Lowe's #0640 in Stone Mountain, GA, and I had an outstanding experience in the plumbing department. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Chris, an older white man, who is nothing short of a superstar. His wealth of knowledge and friendly demeanor made navigating the plumbing section a breeze. What sets Chris apart is his genuine willingness to help – he went above and beyond to assist me, and it's refreshing to encounter someone so dedicated and not lazy in their work. If you're looking for top-notch service, seek out Chris. He's a true asset to the team and made my trip to Lowe's an absolute pleasure!

Disappointed! No one greeted us (what happened?). Was looking for deadbolt locks for our doors. As we were searching (reading signs and looking around) we saw many associates but no one stopped to say, "do you need any assistance?" They were busy chatting among themselves all over the store. One was even talking very loudly to another associate down the aisle.We wanted a two deadbolt package deal but couldn't figure out if there was such an item. We finally settled for one, two sided lock deadbolt ($32). All the deadbolt packages we picked up were extremely dusty.When we were leaving to go pay, I saw an associate by a key making machine. I asked her after I purchase the deadbolt can you help me make keys and are you going to be right here? She replied, yes she could help me & she would be in that aisle. Well, when I went back with the keys to the deadbolt, she had disappeared! I think she ran away as soon as I walked away so she didn't have to help me.I figured out the key machine on my own. Four keys cost me $16 (I think Walmart's machines are cheaper) to make. The printed ones are $6 each & the solid gold key was $4 and if you buy 2 $6 keys you get a solid one free. You have to have exact change no coins. It did take credit cards but not sure if there was an additional fee. You have to enter an email for your receipt.I stopped going to home depot because of their lack of service & Lowe's use to be awesome with their service. I guess I'll have to see if home depot changed & try them again. Oh and this Lowe's was NOT busy. They had very few customers so there was no excuse for not greeting or helping anyone who needed assistance.

Awesome awesome customer service! Sales associate went above and beyond to assist me with finding the product that I was searching for, the product was not out on display yet. The sales associates found the product flagged me down while shopping to let me know that he found the product. This store was great to do business with. I highly recommend this store and will definitely shop here again.

I'll never shop here again. I waited 50 minutes for an employee to badly mismatch my paint. Then I waited another 40 minutes later while they tried to fix it. And you could tell neither employee wanted to help at all. I guess it's too much to ask for someone that works in the paint department to match and mix two gallons of paint.
