The manager on duty would not let their associate help me. I have been looking for a location that had both of the phones that I am looking for. This location can not give that information out over the phone according to the manager. There is no reason to not be able to let me know if you have what I am looking for in stock or not. I want to know before I arrive and waste my time.

I recently visited this location and had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I went into the store to purchase a Samsung tablet that was on display. However, two employees—both Hispanic women—were unwilling to assist me. One claimed she didn’t speak English, and the other said she would need to translate. Despite these challenges, I made it clear that I was interested in purchasing the Samsung tablet.
To my frustration, they told me the Samsung tablet was no longer being sold and insisted I purchase a T-Mobile tablet instead. I explained that I wasn’t interested in the T-Mobile tablet and wanted the Samsung model. They continued to insist that the Samsung tablet was unavailable, even though it was right there on display.
When I asked about their return policy—explaining that if I found the Samsung tablet available elsewhere, I might return the T-Mobile tablet—they outright refused to sell me anything. They claimed they didn’t have to sell to me and called their manager, who also happened to be Hispanic. After their private conversation, they told me they wouldn’t sell me anything and said I could “look up” their manager’s name and contact information myself.
When I requested the manager’s name and number directly, they refused, stating I should look it up on my own. They also told me they didn’t care about their jobs or whether they got fired. Even when I explained that the law requires them to honor their written return policy—allowing returns within 14 days—they dismissed it and said they didn’t care about the law.
Their refusal to sell to me was based on their assumption that I would return the item, which is completely unprofessional. Customer service should never be about making assumptions or prejudging a customer. The entire experience felt disrespectful, dismissive, and unnecessarily hostile.
MetroPCS needs to seriously review the staff at this location, ensure proper training, and emphasize accountability. No customer should ever be treated this way.

I would like to sincerely thank Jasmine who took her time and diligently worked hard to add a special ring tone that Percy Davis wanted to have on his phone. That ring tone is sentemental to him because it was his mom's favorite song, who passed away years ago. Thank you so much Jasmine I really appreciate you doing that for him. Great customer service ???

El servicio al cliente fue TERRIBLE!! El chico tenia una actitud pesima. Me cobraron demasiado y como que se burlaban de mi ya que yo no hablo ingles. Definitivamente no recommiendo esta ubicacií³n a la gente hispana que no habla ingles!! muy mala experiencia
