This review is not against any particular store, but ordering items online at office depot. Please beware of purchasing online items that Office Depot gets from other suppliers. I ordered a computer bag/tote for my business. The item was received in the first week of Sept. 2021 but I was unsatisfied with the quality. I was provided with a return # and the item was picked up. I was also told after some time I was finally told that the item had been received back. As of today 10/31/21, I have still not received a refund. This is why Amazon is taking over because stores like this that you thought you could trust, can't do a simple thing like returns and refunds. Amazon has this process down pat. Office Depot you need to do a better job. Sad.

Steve, Michael and Camille So, corporate Skullcandy did not assist (see note at bottom) but Steve, Michael and a great and brand new associate, Camille, sure did !! This is a great store managed by wonderful people who care about customers and customer service. They literally went out of their way to help me. They back their products and their customers over their suppliers. Sweet Rock on Office Depot !! My note to corporate Skullcandy that went no where: From: Michael Coleman Sent: Thursday, August 19, 2021 4:42 PM To: Michael Coleman Subject: Hi Skullcandy folks warranty help (receipts attached) Hello First up, no joke, I love my Skullcandy head set. I work from home and use it to allow hands free conversation. My company does not supply headsets. A few weeks ago I noticed that the sound was getting whacky, and I blamed my (company issued) 200 year old iPhone. Turns out it's the headset. I chatted with the manager, Steve, at my local Office Depot, and he said that in all likelihood the issue did in fact begin before my extended warranty expired. (a couple of weeks ago) Chris told me that you're very understanding and would sympathize with my situation. Leaving my plight in your good hands. Please feel free to contact me at any time Thank you / stay safe and healthy Michael

I originally went to the Snellville Office Depot to purchase many items for my office. The people were not helpful and could really careless if I was there. I left and drove out of my way to the Stone Mtn store. I was greeted By a very nice man named Joe. He was so helpful with many items I was purchasing. Joe loaded everything in my car and found a 20% off coupon for my 500 purchase. I will only shop at this location in the future.

I called this location to see if they could ask assist me with a project l have to do for my niece's baby reveal. I knew what I wanted to do but pulling the ideas from my head and explaining it to the associate... I thought was going to be the hard part. Well it wasn't, after I explained it to Jay, he jumped right in and gave me several options, also breaking down the cost of each part of the project to get it done. Now I know exactly what I need to do, l will take in the parts l have and they will help me with what I need do. Thank you Jay for your patience in listening and also your knowledge of the materials to help me successfully complete this project. :-) SR

This store is efficient and staffed with incapable people. I went in simply to have a business card done. There were 10 words on it at most; The prices were written as 875 rather than $75. I went to correct it and now the prices were gone and something that was originally correct (my phone number) was no incorrect. I decided to get a refund. It was raining so hard outside but I still went into the store to cancel the entire order and as the manager, Pam, approached me at the slowest speed possible, she just barely looked up from her text messages to greet me and go to the register to complete the refund.

A week before school & they still have everything- and I could find it! Bring your list (they had the one I needed already). Easiest back to school shopping ever.

This location is the absolute worst. The customer service at the print area is a zero at best; these folks do not know how to communicate other than "I'm sorry ma'am". Like NO ONE knows anything!!! It is really frustrating and annoying when your trying to take care of business. Moving at a snails pace is really annoying too when you have a line to the door. Who hired these folks?!?!?

One start for customer service. The employees move at a snails pace. Literally! The business services where you print and copy is the worst. One person working the counter. He moves soooo slow. He doesn't greet the people in line or communicate. He can't multitask and see what else can be done while he plays around with the printer. He's pretty moody, in fact lol. I hate this place. And it's consistently like this. Management needs to have a more effective staff on the schedule. Then when it's time to go to the cashier, they are just as slow at working the line.
