I’ve know Mel for years ….. very very knowledgeable 12volt guy!!! If he can’t find a solution to your car audio issue, or over all 12volt electrical issue …. NO ONE CAN!!!! Mel is sharp as a tac !!!!

Had a new radio and backup camera installed in my daughter’s 07 Lexus. I worked with Jamel. He is so easy to work with. Explained the different options and was clear on cost. He was able to get the install done in one day. He even helped my daughter set up the features and explained everything to her. We were very pleased.

I’ve used Jamel for installations for over 10 years. I can’t say enough about the whole process! He got me on the schedule surprisingly fast! Always does an awesome job! Very professional and honest. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND OTS!The owner was quite knowledgeable and very professional. As a veteran,it was easy to recognize those that know what they're talking about. The gentlemen was a Marine and absolutely was about integrity!I presented the car kit containing the radio/camera (all prewired ready to install) he and his son immediately began and did not stop till completed. I was fortunate to observe the installation and was very impressed. Once installed, powered up the radio and all worked as advertised!Highly RecommendSatisficed Customer

I Dont recommend this place.. i took my car radio to be serviced and basically waisted my money and time..all the owner did was COMPLAIN the whole time..My radio Still Dont work so i will be taking my car somewhere else Today after waisting a whole day with this guy..VERY VERY POOR SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
