Karl was very sweet and helped my with my field printing appointment. The soft classical music was a very nice touch and he was very professional. I will definitely be back for my printing and shipping needs!

Best shipping place anywhere for UPS, FedEx and Mail. Also great place for shipping your shopping purchases which require a signature when you are not home. Karl is awesome!!

tldr; They lost my package. MAKE SURE TO GET A RECEIPT!!!
They lost one of my packages. The day I dropped the package off, it was the second one I had dropped off that day and I didn’t get a receipt for this second one. I even remember Tanya asking me “do you want I receipt?” And I said “no” for the first time. Big mistake, unfortunately. When I went back to ask for a receipt about a week later because my customer’s package hadn’t arrived and the shipping status still showed that USPS was waiting to receive the package, Karl said there was no scan in the system for the specific USPS tracking number from my prepaid label. I’m not normally one to assume, but that would indicate either a) Tanya scanned it and then deleted the scan from the system, or b) they have a faulty computer system that needs to be updated. Either way it was extremely disappointing as I put my trust in both Karl and Tanya.
Lesson: If you go here with any prepaid shipping labels, make sure they scan it and ***GIVE YOU A RECEIPT.***
I’ll be going directly to USPS from now on and getting a receipt for every shipment.

Stupid me didn't get a receipt as I've shipped 1 other time with this location with no problem but a bad attitude. This time it was a return and so far hasn't made it back. If you return something with this location make sure you weren't as trusting as I was and get a receipt!!!

As a professional I am appaled at the lady who works here for Karl. She always rude, and I have decided to take my business elsewhere after 6 years because of her unprofessional behavior. I wish Karl had witnessed her.
