The way they are handling me about my shipment is terrible. No one should have to go thru this they broke my glassShipment. As of yet they. Have .not reimburse me my money back. BeawareOf sorry no services they claim they are doing. Disastrous business dealing.

I often come here to get my paperwork notarized. Although normally only manned by one person, I'm never in there for more than 5 minutes. Prices for the notary services are reasonable at $5 a stamp/page. What really made me love this place was the courtesy that the owner showed. Recently I left my ID there and didn't know. I returned from a trip to find a piece of mail in my mailbox stating that I left my ID and to please return. He was so cognizant and copied my ID on a scanner and printed it, then used a black marker to block out all of my information other than my photo. He also attached his business card and stated that he hopes this address is current and to please call him and that he will be holding it for me. In a world where people don't have the time or aren't courteous to protect another person's information I was just extremely impressed that he took the time to protect my information like that and thought of how someone could've utilized the information on my ID if for any reason my address wasn't updated. It's the little things and now this is likely the only place I will use moving forward.

I would give this business and Karl 10 stars if it were possible. My family needed passport photos for another country with different and more strict specifications than the US, and Karl knew the specs and tried to do the pictures for us. It turned out that his lighting situation couldn’t meet the criteria, but he took multiple photos for us trying to get it right. I wanted to pay for the work he’d done even if we couldn’t use the photos, but he refused. Also, during the time we were in the store, customers came in who must have been regulars, and I could tell Karl understood their needs in advance and helped them on friendly and familiar terms. It was so refreshing to see a small business and owner interacting with the community in positive ways. Even though we couldn’t get what we needed that day, I’ll be going back to Karl for all our shipping needs from now on.

I've gone here twice to return packages via FedEx. It was so easy and service was great. Was surprised that they were also do finger prints for another customer.

I've been using this PakMail for almost 20 years the owner has always been available and great customer services. I use the P.O. Box as well and it's great to be able to have my packages delivered and not stolen off my porch. I highly recommend this location.

The Karens complaining about this place are people who've never done anything but complain. This place is the best place in Gwinnett to drop off packages. Karl is like the nicest person ever and is super knowledgeable about the best shipping rates for what ever you need and what ever time frame you need it by. I love coming here and I don't get yelled at like you would at the Post Office and for the most part no massive lines never stood longer than 5 min. Honestly you have to be a terrible customer to leave a 1 star here and impossible to please. Some of us know that this is a business and not a free shipping center. I have been coming since 2015 and dropped off over 100s of packages and it's been pleasant every time. Like I said Karl the owner is super nice and friendly and makes dropping off packages easy. Never once had a bad experience coming here and will always come here. Definitely beats any UPS store experience I've had.

Has anyone else had the owner or an employee insist on signing for your debit card with a swoop? This happened to me on Monday August 24 and a few days later, my bank called to say that the card had been used to buy groceries in Loganville. This was the first time I had used PAK Mail and I only made one other purchase that day, at a Publix I have frequented for years.
