Have you ever gone to an automotive repair shop, and regardless of your anxieties, was made to feel relaxed and confident that your automotive problems, would be resolved quickly and efficiently as possible. Well that was my experience with Maggie, at the Lilburn repair shop on Pleasant Hill Road. No stress, and no foolishness. They did what she said and she did it Well. Thank you so much Maggie, I really appreciate you and your team for keeping my family and I safe in our little car.

They did a horrible job. I don't recommend them at all. They should close down or run to the manager. I went to do alignment and balancing and my ball bearing was turned to the left and they didn't rotate the tires. I spent 210 dollars for nothing. I came back to get my money back for it. Bad job and I didn't get a refund. The manager and the person who worked on my truck are trash. Don't let them work on your cars, especially if they are new.

Maggie & David at the Lilburn location are amazing! Both had incredible customer service skills and helped me choose my new set of tires. I will definitley be coming back!

I've had the worst experience here.
My check engine light came on and I HAD to stop here because it was the closest. I received a tune up, breaks and other services however as soon as I left the parking lot my engine light was back on, I returned only to have several tests done a long test drive and my check engine light was still on. My car wouldn't pass the admissions test and I called to se if there was anything that could be done since I'd already spent over $1000, David was extremely rude and threatened to call the police on me and told me I wasn't welcomed in his store, I went anyway because I need to get my car to pass the admissions test and everything they said they fixed came up on why my car failed. David didn't acknowledge me at all and called the police on me and said that I was trespassing which lead to the police Giving me a criminal trespassing warning. I wasn't rude to anyone and was very patient in trying to get this matter taken care of. As a paying customer I'm truly heart broken to be put in this position to have the police called on me for no reason and for them to tell me He said he doesn't want me in that store. I did absolutely nothing to deserve this. And my car still won't pass the admissions test.

Very friendly and fast service. I needed rotors, calipers and pads and they had me in and out quickly. Maggie was extremely helpful. Price was very competitive. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Ordered a set of 4 tires to be delivered to pep boys and upon arrival for my appt to mount/balance the tires the guy at the front desk tells me that since these 245/40/19 tires are “low profile”their machines will eat up and scratch my wheels; they also said they only do bigger wheels. So I guess a 19 inch wheel is still too small for their machine right? Since when was a 40 sidewall a low profile??? For a stock wheel? It’s not like it’s a 20/25 sidewall. Im more than likely sure they just didn’t want my business/money out of laziness. Go to discount tire across the street they got me in and out within an hour with a smile and 10/10 service.

My car's check oil light came on just as I was arriving at work. I was able to leave my car with them by putting my keys in the drop box, and then walk to my job. My car was finished before the end of my work day. Sooooo convenient!!

Ken was very polite, and really professional. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I'm not easily impressed by people doing their job but I'm very impressed with I see a person going above and beyond!!! It was very refreshing to experience. People like Ken are needed to restore faith back in our service industries. Keep up the GREAT work Ken!!!!

Went in to location in the middle of september with coolant leak and overheating. I told them it was coming from a hose. They did inspection and said i need new waterpump thermostat and radiator drain and fill plus alternatir belt pkg. Fixed that for $1306 dollars then had to come back in because coolant low issue heat not working diagnosed coolant again no issues. Back in here february the say i have s coolant leak from radiator hose and now have to pay again. They diagnosed coolant issues twice in less than 5 months and now I still have to pay again for leak. Wouldnt come here unless you want to keep coming back for the same issues.
