Not sure why the manager and the employee are so angry and aggressive.,.I just had a simple question pertaining my car...Was hung up on after been put on hold for 15mins Never was told to hold on by the way.....Call back and was told he had customers at the counter real nasty like i wasn't just talking to someone about parts and amount... Maybe the company needs to hire respectful, manner able people who can give reasonable normal customers services... They just nasty for no reason and expect someone to pay for disrespectful services????...I see the men here comfortable with violating disrespecting women... Just close the doors or hire people who can talk an treat people like humans..same way they would want if it was them or their love ones paying/inquiry for a service... Theirs no justification for these actions and reviews... SMH
Per reply:: Clearly everyone gets the same reply... Building need new magement/ owner.. They're comfortable with the level of disrespect to their customers.....Not correcting the problem just ok and nonchalant to the disrespect to customer most in importance is the disrespect to women in these reviews....

I personally want to give special thanks to Ken, Bahquajhu & James. I came to this shop due to hearing loud scaping noises & to have my brakes/ rotors and alignment completed. These men were very helpful and ensured all my needs were taken care of. Also want to extend special special thanks to Ken for being friendly, patient and going above the call of duty and being resourceful. While waiting my phone went dead and instantly before I could leave out he brought me a charger, & Thank you James for your honest assessment & expertise in getting my car back to normal & Thank you Bahquajhu for your honesty, hardwork and dedication to fixing my car. You guys were amazing. Please ensure these men are rewarded for upholding the company standards.

Don’t even bother making an appointment, they won’t honor it and will tell you “appointments don’t reflect what we have on the lot.” So essentially making an appointment is pointless, because they’ll get to it when they get to it. Came in right on time for my 10am appointment and told it would be 2-3 hours for an oil change because of the above quoted statement. I’ve never been to a place that made me wait that long after making an appointment. While I do understand operating on a first come first serve basis, having an appointment should automatically bump you up over someone that walked in. Went somewhere else that said it would take 45 minutes tops. The man behind the front desk on Thursday 4/30 has quite a condescending attitude, I don’t think I would put him in a customer facing position, speaking as someone that’s worked in customer service for the better part of decade. I feel like he was talking down to me because I’m a woman. I’m not stupid, I can do my own oil change in half an hour. Even Walmart doesn’t take more than an hour for an oil change. Go anywhere else for an oil change, but don’t bother with this pep boys unless you have half of the day to wait around.

Its Sunday morning and my Oil Skid plate came off loose on the interstate and started dragging on the road. I had no idea what had happened and brought my car to this Pep Boys. Ken at the front desk was eager to look, identifying the problem immediately in the parking lot. He drove the car in, had the plate removed, and brought it back out within minutes. No charge :) I am so happy with the service here that I will be back here for service or repair work again. Big shoutout to the team at Pep Boys here.

The service was terrible. The manager had a terrible attitude and acted like the customer was an annoyance. He told me at one point it would take a week to look at my car. THEY told me they could fix the transmission but in the end couldn't do it. When I was talking to the mechanics the manager was rude and kept interrupting me. Over all it was a bad experience. Don't take your car here.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!The technician over tightened a bolt during the oil change & stripped the bolt causing an oil leak. My car was leaking oil for over a week. I have a trail of oil stains in my garage & had to take my car to the Lexus dealership to be correctly repaired. Pep Boys does not want to reimburse me for the additional repairs!

So it’s New Year’s Day and I have a low tire … looking for a place that is open to get it checked and Pep Boys filled the need. Matt confirmed what I was already told the day before, that I needed 2 new tires… I decided to go ahead and get my oil changed in addition to the tires … service was effective and efficient … technicians were helpful and knowledgeable for my tire needs… Surprisingly they were busier than expected for a holiday, so there was a small wait but service was very good… it was a little pricey for me but prices have gone up everywhere, I’m sure it was comparable to other places.
