Please encourage customers to adopt AT LEAST two Guinea pigs together and to provide 2 or 3 by 8 feet of space if in a cage. They are uniquely sociable and need companions or they will get depressed and sick and die sooner.

This was the most disrespectful unprofessional pet store I ever visited, me and my husband intelligence was well very insulted, the store manger first off was no where to be found while me and my husband waited for someone to take care of us, the cashier was on her phone while she also seen us standing waiting on assistance.However, this unprofessional person in the red work shirt was rude( and I hate I didn’t catch her name but she wear glasses and have dark hair) to how we wanted to purchase some Koi fish she first questioned if we had a pond (but we’re in the middle of getting all that prepared) then she start talking as if we had a 20’ inch tank and my husband says well he actually pointed out to her in her store what we actually have she adamantly took upon her self to say basically well you don’t have a pond you can’t purchase our fish.
You cannot be judgmental upon a paying customers very unprofessional and poor customer service quality, anyways we still fulfilled our journey and was able to buy the fish we wanted. Keep that up that business will not last long according to this review feed there has always been negative reviews. We will never go there again she needs some more customer service training.

Jen in grooming does an amazing job on my 2 schnauzers … I found her a few months ago and wouldn’t go to another groomer! She loves and treats your dog just like you would and it always comes out perfect!

We took advantage of a recent buy 3 get 2 free sale. One of the three items we purchased we found out was broken when we brought it home. I went to exchange it for another item of the same cost. It was then that I was told that instead of an exchange all that could be done was to refund the cost of the first item and charge us the difference between that item and the new item. Why would I do this? I paid for 3 items in the buy 3 get 2, if all I had said was give me a refund I would have understood the reduced refund, but when trying to make an exchange being told that I had to pay more for the item seems like theft.
While this corporate policy is frustrating enough it was the cashiers comments while they were ringing me up that I found to be extremely rude. They commented extremely sarcastically that they "Love duplicated effort." While I know that none of us enjoy having to redo actions, when a company policy is such that it basically advocates theft from the customer the cashier should not be making comments about the inconvenience to them.
They further commented again sarcastically that the amount of the refund was "a whole $6". While that amount of money may be trivial to some it is not to my family, and being rude about it has convinced me that we will shop elsewhere in the future.

I didn't buy anything but I asked one of the floor personnel a question and she was polite and nice. Even gave me advice on where to find the product as that was something they don't carry/sell. She gave me accurate information. Thanks to her I found what I was looking for ....

Generally I have a great experience at this location, today I purchased crickets for my geckos, a rat for my snake in case they also wonder why I need them and a beta fish. I was grilled by multiple staff members about my tank size....I have sufficient space for the few fish I have plus the ones I wanted to add yet these people act like there is no videos of them dumping betas in dumpsters in their "temporary" homes like the cashier explained and want to lecture me on "fish well being." I have goldfish that are over 6 yrs old and purchased some other almost dead ones from PetSmart which are thriving now and would appreciate being treated better for the amount of money I spend here. I will be going elsewhere from now on, staff every now and then want to give me their advice about my dogs or cat which I appreciate and take into consideration as far as what brands of food we use but today was nonsense, making a scene in front of other customers like I'm buying these only to let them die.

I don’t understand the harassment about fish when they have fish in cups with no heater and tons of them in tanks together mixed with fish that aren’t combinations. Tired of being argued out the store. When there are no customers they store will be closed down which means no job ? corporate get involved soon. I’ll go to petco
