Huge shoutout to Kole at Precision Tune Auto Care in Lilburn. He helped me out quickly and made sure my truck was taken care of right away. The service was fast, professional, and hassle-free. The whole team was friendly and made the process smooth from start to finish. I definitely recommend this shop for anyone needing reliable auto care!

I had an excellent experience at Precision Tune Auto Care in Lilburn, GA! The shop was very clean and welcoming, and the staff made me feel like my safety and the safety of my vehicle were their top priorities. Randy and Rico went above and beyond with their outstanding customer service. They were professional, friendly, and truly cared about making sure everything was done right. On top of that, the price was affordable, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing reliable auto care!

My family has been coming to this shop for over 10 years, but after today we will never be back. They have signs everywhere advertising a $39.99 Full Synthetic Oil Change, but I was charged way more than I’ve ever paid for an oil change more than the dealership or even Take 5.
The new GM, Cole, gave me bad energy the entire time. He even made me pay for services I never asked for he put a coolant flush on my receipt that I did NOT agree to and that they never even performed. I know this for a fact because I watched them and saw they didn’t do it. He also lied and claimed they cleaned my brakes, but I was watching through the glass the whole time, and they never even looked at my brakes, let alone touched them. He also told me he was going to give my car an inspection, but I never received one or any report about potential repairs I might need in the future.
I know the manager might reply to this saying that he told me the price beforehand and that I agreed, but that is FALSE. I saw the signs everywhere, and he only told me the higher price after I gave away my keys and they were already draining the oil from my car. At that point, what was I supposed to do tell them to stop while my car had no oil in it? That is not giving customers a choice, that’s trapping them into paying whatever you decide to charge.
What made me even more upset was seeing them charge the people in front of me less just because they were paying cash which is completely unfair, and they gave them more services than I received, they changed the other people’s wipers, cabin air filter, oil filter and did there oil change for under 100.
This shop used to be honest and reliable, but it’s clear things have gone downhill. To make it even worse, a box that contains 12 quarts of the exact oil my car takes costs less than $70 and my car doesn’t even need 12 quarts. Yet they charged me almost $200 for just the oil change, with no extra services included like I’ve seen them provide for other customers, even though they were advertising this as a special “deal” for cheap service just for today.
They are also not serving hot dogs, hamburgers, or cold drinks like the sign says. It looks like under this new management, they are lying about everything. Bring back the old GM, David he actually cared about customers and never let things like this happen.

I’ve been coming to this Precision Auto Tune location since 2020 for all of my car repair needs, even driving 45 minutes out of my way because of the service I used to receive. Over the years there have been a few GM changes, but I was always treated well and taken care of—until today.
The new GM completely changed my experience for the worse. His customer service was terrible. He gave off nothing but bad energy and seemed more focused on squeezing money out of me than actually helping. It’s unfortunate because I used to trust this location, but after today, I won’t be returning. His lack of customer service skills is going to run this location to the ground.
I would not recommend going here.

Cole and Todd and all the staff are magnificent
I brought my car in they told me what was wrong and price parts and labor I got my work done pick my car up and me and my car is happy thanks guys your the best tune up and full brakes mechanics and what ever else the cars needs
Thank god I found a great shop to doctor on my car

Took my car in because when you put it in park, the shift to park light appeared on the dashboard. It’s a common problem for 2016-2019 Chevy Malibu. Dave was very nice and was easy to talk to. Him and his crew got the job done quick. Plan on going back if my vehicle needs help.

Get any pricing or agreements in writing. Had a horrible experience with COLE. We had an agreement to pick up a vehicle for the Diagnostic fee of $149. When we sent a tow truck there he changed the fee to $800!! Very shady and will not keep their word.

Super wack I 10/10 don't recommend you go here, not only did that start to sell parts from my car and said they weren't going to reimburse me on the key to my ignition because they had to pay for all the parts THEY STOLE FROM ME IN THE FIRST PLACE smh please go somewhere else. Super wack
