Great storage, great pricing, and great customer service! Ms. Gwen made the process as smooth and quick as possible for me to get the space that I needed! I was impressed. Very clean and friendly location with an advantage of an easy check in! Would definitely recommend for anyone needing storage at a great price! Ease of getting my unit was great. Move in day was a problem with my lock that they provide. Called the customer service # for my storage. Went to voicemail 3 times. A customer helped me or I would have been sitting there 8 hours before I got a call back. Ridiculous. Then another problem with my lock 3 days ago and the man working there acted like it was a burden to take 5 mins out of his time to help me. He did after I showed my frustration. Terrible customer service at my location!

Dave is always polite . Very helpful, I have been renting at this location over 15yrs. No matter what I will always come rent from this location.

I recently had an issue with my rental amount. I contacted the property manager for assistance and/or information. He was extremely helpful. I've rented my space for way too many years. This manager has been at this location for a long time as well. We've kind of become friends over the years, and that gives me a sense of comfort that someone cares and is watching out for me.

i’ve always come to this public storage and they are so nice to me. Their employee named Mark is always helping me whenever i need help and explaining how everything works. He is a great worker and makes me want to be with public storage for a long time!
