Once it was annoying, twice it was frustrating , third time it was obviously how they operate. First of all, the bait and switch with the price for cash and credit card no being the same. Secondly, I rarely get a receipt so I am forced to go inside and I have child which makes that an issue. The biggest issue! They don't have a button for a credit card option, only debit and then the machine holds your card hostage until you push enough buttons so that it finally releases it or takes it. Help button doesn't work BTW. Today it was so messed up I had to go inside to get the problem sorted out. Their solution was "go to another pump, it's a system thing that happens all the time!" Apparently having working gas pumps is impossible for this "convenience" store.

In the past the manager would not speak, no hello no thank you nothing, but now he's very talkative and very friendly. I love his new attitude. I will keep coming back. I like the change.

The best in all areas. The cleanest restrooms hands down. I would've never expected it from a gas station. They keep the entire store clean 24/7. They always have positive attitudes. Always nice and polite.

I went into this place, with a mask on due to Covid, to use the ATM...one of the men working there stepped in front of me between the door & the ATM machine and hurrast me about wearing a mask. I ignored him and went around him to the ATM. He followed me and stood next to me, watching me the entire time. They are very rude and I felt extremely uncomfortable in this situation. I will never stop by there again.

Everyone hating in these reviews needs to get a reality check. Best run gas station around. Been going there for years and never had an issue. If you left a bad review you were probably the problem.

So I went to @Shell gas station to clean my car out . The store clerk came out and said to me “You cannot be dumping your stuff here. Why are you dumping your stuff here?” Very rudely . The he proceeds to watch me the entire time I’m moving things around.So I asked him after 2 minutes of staring me down. “Are you watching me?”He says “No you people need to stop dumping things if you not customer!” Then storms off.I go to shell almost every time I get gas. The irony right?I was racial profiled.

Shell Gas Station and convenience store, situated on the corner of Rockbridge and Lilburn in Stone Mountain provides keenly priced forecourt fuels and an adequately stocked store to service the local community. The station enjoys good access from major roads on two sides and the store stocks cold drinks, beer, convenience groceries, ice, and other sundries.

this has to be the worst place ever. it stinks and they put a $50 hold on your card and refuse to fix it. corprate isn't any better about it either they refuse to fix anything. so im going to have 30 I cant use THAT I NEEDED and I'm just sol when ya know every other gas station in the state does $1!!!!
