I came in to get my Wi-Fi device exchanged because that’s what T-Mobile customer care said we could do since my other device wasn’t working.The rep Cesar told me that they don’t do warranty exchanges and can only give me a new one, if I cancel my existing Wi-Fi line and activate a new one which I know is a lie. Basically commissions fraud and they didn’t want to help me since to wasnt activating new line.I went to the Tmobile in Duluth afterwards, and Corinne took care of it within 15 minutes and I was on my way. Excellent customer service from diluth location, terrible from lilburn.

Amairany helped us sooo much with the issues we were having. She went above and beyond and clearly showed us that our business is valuable to her. We were at the point of switching carriers but her service has kept us with t-mobile. She's is such an asset not only to this store, but to the company. If you're a frustrated t-mobile customer, come visit her at this location and you'll be pleasantly surprised at the wonderful service she provides. Every customer is important to her.

I received the absolute best service from the young lady that was there. I was skeptical of the T-Mobile home internet. But she put me at ease, taking her time to explain the benefits and the 7 day trial period. Unfortunately, att and xfinity would not service my newly constructed home so I had to check other options. I run my business through my home office and have had no issues thus far. Way cheaper than cable, too.

Went to T-Mobile looking to replace internet service we now have from X-Infinity (Price increases forever)Not only did we get faster internet, we got 2 new phones and still saved money vs the X-finity price. Service rep was polite & knowledgeable & helped us Senior citizens with several set-issues on the phones.Internet is great & ours did not require the addl nest.Great job T-Mobile !!!

Eduardo has the dummest attitude when attending us. Started off saying " are you ready " instead of saying good morning how can I help you etc. when I proceeded to walk over to him because he couldn't bother leaving his station I asked my question and he looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about then answered with an ignorant responses. Get a better team if you expect people to buy phones from here LOL

Amazing staff members, got my issue situated right away. Highly recommend Juan Rico if you need any service done. Best customer service at this T-Mobile location.

These people at this location are rude , I have been a customer for some time now , the atmosphere when you walk in is not welcoming nor does it make you feel comfortable to be there , my husband came in he had a problem with his phone, the gentleman informed him that they didn’t repair phones , I understand that but you guys never offered to get him a new phone , you kinda just got rid of him as if you didn’t wanna deal with him, I know he looked dirty but he’s a mechanic and well known in his community, one good rule of thumb be nice and welcoming to all customers that come through your doors treat everybody the same , people can feel your negative energy , we are paying customers just like everyone else , its no cost to be kind !

You get what you PAY for!ANDY, MANAGER FOR T-MOBILE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY NASTY PERSONALITY. CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEGATIVE ZERO. T-Mobile MAILED ME A NEW PHONE. ANDY WAS ASKED BY ME TO ASSIST IN A TRANSFER. HE DID EVERYTHING HE COULD DO TO DISCOURAGE ME FROM CONTINUING WITH HIM HELPING. THIS IS WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED.I ENTER THE STORE AND I AM MET WITH AN EMPLOYEE WHO WAS COUGHING AND SOUNDED LIKE HE HAD AN EXTREME HEALTH ISSUE WITH (COVID). HE WAS TOUCHING MY PHONE AND I TOTALLY WAS UNCOMFORTABLE AND TOOK MY DEVICE, WIPED IT DOWN AND DID WHAT I COULD DO TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HEALTH RISK. HE THEN BEGAN TO TAKE CARE OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO WAS COMPLAINING TO HIM BECAUSE A T-MOBILE SALESMAN SOLD HER A Smartwatch WHICH SHE WAS INFORMED WOULD BE FREE AND HER BILL ENDED UP BEING $300.00.ANDY BEGAN WHAT I THOUGHT WAS TO ASSIST ME. I LET HIM KNOW ABOUT HIS SICKLY EMPLOYEE AND I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH HIM. ANDY BEGAN TO TRANSFER MY DATA TO THE NEW PHONE AND ACTUALLY TOLD ME TO DISCOURAGE ME IT WOULD BE (SEVERAL) UPON SEVERAL HOURS TO COMPLETE. HE TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO SIT BY THE DOOR BECAUSE HE HAS CUSTOMERS COMING IN WHO NEED TO BUY PHONES. I LOOKED AT HIM AND WAS LIKE WOW. SO YOU ARE NO LONGER A CUSTOMER AFTER YOU BUY A PHONE WITH T-MOBILE OR IF YOU BUY THE PHONE ON LINE.I LEFT THE STORE, NEVER TO RETURN. I HOPE SOON THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT INSPECTS THIS LOCATION FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY AND ALSO ANDY GETS FIRED. IT IS ALL ABOUT COMMISSION AND SALES, NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH T-Mobile EMPLOYEES.

My husband and I came in to upgrade on the last day of Black Friday deals. We were expecting to be here all day, which is typically what it has taken to upgrade in the past. But this was by far the easiest experience we’ve had. We worked with Nicholas and he knew exactly what we needed and set us up with all the deals we came to get, plus one I didn’t even know about, with absolutely no hassle. We have been happy with T-Mobile in general but this was our best in person experience yet. Highly recommend Nicholas and this location.

I recommend you not to go to this T-Mobile especially with the guy who speaks Spanish he is good despots and has very little customer service believe me the tea deals with a horrible face and a very bad attitude, I felt bad and felt like I was asking a favor and for free and I just went to buy a charger ? believe me it was very ugly ?

Where do I even begin ? I’ve never been to this location even though it’s very close to my house but the atmosphere was very cold I wasn’t greeted when I walked in or even acknowledge. There was a man already waiting there god knows how long he was actually waiting to be serviced. The rude customer service representative I thought called me over to ask how can he help me but he said no I was talking to him he didn’t even address him as sir or have the common sense enough to be specific in who he was talking to. I told him I didn’t know he wasn’t calling me and he kept being rude and malicious. When it was finally my turn I just wanted to cancel my T mobile service at that point worse customer service I’ve ever had. Word of advice if you do not like people don’t work in customer service. I would suggest going to any other T mobile within city limits to avoid getting treated like this. I don’t recommend this location they need to clean house and get people who actually care about customers needs.
