We had an appointment for 9 with Stone Mountain Nissan to look at and potentially buy a used Nissan Rogue which according to the internet had 17 on property. When we arrived there were no salespeople. After waiting about 20 minutes we did find a person to help us. He could only find one on property and stated that he guessed they had not updated the Internet. Come on people, you wasted our time, your time and a potential sale. I expected more from a Nissan dealer than that. We will not be back.

KG is my service man! No worries. He explains everything, answers my questions, informs me as soon as the work is done (which I really appreciate so I can get on with my day). I feel confident about there being no gimmicks or unnecessary add-ons. 5 stars easy!

Wasted our time to visit them. Rep and management was not engaging at all nor cared. It seemed like they wanted an easy sale and not willing to negotiate nor work to offer a good deal.

Don't even deserve 1star. Pathetic terrible services from the salesman to the managers seems good for nothing. Have no sales ethics or professionalism at all. Only warming chairs and collecting payroll, for them customer means nothing. Nissan should take action on dealerships like this. Worst car buying experience ever!!!!!!Beware of this dealership buyers they're pathetic ? will waste your time not in business to sell at all.TERRIBLE SALESMAN, ARROGANT MANAGERS & UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP ENVIRONMENT......NEVER EVER BUY from them !

My service guy Kay was awesome, andhe made the process simple. He informedme of what I needed. I used the tire andoil change coupon. He explained my servicepoints which no one had done before. He called me when the work was done gave memy price and arranged my pick up.Not sure I could have asked for more. He dida great job and the service experience was solid.I’ll be back for my next service.Thank you.Jeff Warren

Very bad experience and the people here are incompetent. They lost my keys and was looking for a whole hour before they found them. I origally went there on a recall, turned out they had my car over the weekend (which I wasn't expecting) and I don't even know if the recall was corrected. I gave the gentlemen my updated information such as contact# and address and they still didn't have it right in the system. I will not go back to Nissan again. If anyone ask me I will tell them the truth, seems like no one knows what the others are doing which makes the communication between them look real bad! No thank you. Very bad. Go to another dealership where the people and workers are competent. If you do, you'll come out on top and it'll be a win win situation. When I leave reviews it's an honest review and this bad experience is embarrassing and the truth. Nissan get yourself together.

Always a great experience when stopping by at Stone Mountain Nissan! Great customer service and the staff is great! Service advisors are amazing. Heath and K.G are my to go guys when dealing with a service on my vehicles, when buying my preferred sales person is Brad he is the men! We have purchased 3 vehicles at this location, great experience overall. Thanks and keep up the great work.

I didn't expect such great customer service at a dealership service dept but this was the best ever! Tony was so polite, courteous, helpful! He really blessed me and I am grateful! I came sorta late 4:30ish and DJ was kind and knowledgeable for the ? billion questions I asked him about getting my oil changed??♀️?. They took care of my Nissan Rogue and I was outta there in about 45 mins. Great job and I appreciate you guys!

If it was it for the fact that this location is closer to my house, I would not do business with the dealership ever again. The service reps are rude, unprofessional and lazy. Especially Justin and because of this I will not buy another car from this dealership. I have excellent credit and I was looking into upgrading my vehicle. I came in for oil change and they are extremely rude and could not even pull up my car to front and left my car eyes randomly on the desk which could have easily been picked up from a stranger. If it wasn't for the fact that I dealing directly with the manager and they try to correct the poor service I received from service, and there hardly any Nissan dealership closer to my house, I will not deal with this dealership in the future.

Don't go here. I had work done on my car. Mind you brand new car only driven for a month and now my brakes are squeaking and wobbling a little. I think they have changed parts off my car and put them on another and exchanged mine with old parts

I actually love dealing with this place. They make it simple. And they try to work with you as best as possible. I do recommend the service department to other people. And Heath Wages is phenomenal.

There’s never a person working parts. Everything takes painstakingly long. They disappear in the middle of helping you (felt like they were annoyed to help me in the first place after i had waited 15 minutes just for them to come to the parts counter. I literally only needed to buy a windshield wiper) Also I was harassed by the sales person Felix for months when i first bought the car. 100% would have bought my car from a different place if I knew it would be like this.

Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the service advisor, fleet manager, and vehicle exchange manager to final checkout .. all provided top notch 100% professional customer service. I would definitely recommend Stone Mountain Nissan for your next vehicle purchase or service/ maintenance needs.

Beware!Make sure that the "service professional" text you how much your service will cost BEFORE they do ANYTHING! You should sign off on the service PRIOR to the service.They gave me 3 different prices for the service. Most of the service workers go by pseudonyms: BJ, TJ, KG so it is hard to know who you have talked to or who you are working with.They gave me NO RECEIPT for services. So there is no record of what anything really cost or what was actually done. Try AAA. They are legitimate.
