Came to bank at 12:45 and waiting in lobby at 2:03. Horrible service. People come wait for 20 to 30 minutes and leaving the place. 0 for customer service. Take ur business to the bank that values your time. After all time is money.

I came here to open up a simple account for our Girl Scouts troop to use, along with my co-troop leader. We arrived right as it opened and were the first ones served, but we were still there for more than 2 hours just to open the account. The employees were courteous, but she kept telling us “just a bit longer, just 30 more minutes” when in reality it was over an hour longer until we were done. This was at 10 am on a Friday and the employee acted totally confused why we’d be needing to get to work. And the whole time, we were mostly just sitting there while she was working on the computer. I feel like almost the whole process could have easily been done online and then we come in to sign things. It was very frustrating and I really regret choosing them as our bank.

My 15-year-old son and I walked in around 3:00 on a Thursday afternoon to open an account for him. No one greeted us, so I approached the teller. She suggested we have a seat and said someone would be with us shortly.Over the course of the next TWENTY minutes a bank employee walked by us 4 separate times and completely ignored us. She wouldn't even look in our direction although she had to walk in front of us.Needless to say, being disregarded, my son and I left. We went to the Truist branch in Lawrenceville and were warmly greeted and helped by the teller and branch leader.Unless you have a bunch of time to waste AND don't mind being disrespected, avoid the Five Forks branch.

I know the transition from SunTrust to Truist has been a difficult one. But the branch manager Nakia Jeffries has gone above and beyond our expectations! I have several accounts at this bank both personal and commercial. Things were a mess when she first got here. She has really got this branch turned around in our eyes. I sure hope she gets the credit she deserves!!!Kiplynn Dobbs

THE MOST RACIST PLACE I HAVE BEEN TO IN A WHILE. I dont even know where to begin. These female dogs in this place are horrible and the black woman that works in there is just as bad AND A SORRY EXCUSE for whatever her title may be. The Asian women in there are so rude and racist and will do anything to avoid having to give people of color their money. If a check is drawn on Truist and I chose not to switch my banking from the HONORABLE NAVY FEDERAL to the CROOKS of the industry, they wouldn't cash my check and claimed to need to call so many different agencies to verify a small $3k check from MY LAWYERS. This place needs to be shut down and those employees should find other work (possibly where they WORK ALONE NOT SERVING OTHERS bc I can't see how they've not been fired, hurt or worse with their practices)

I walked in to a long line. Only one associate available while the other trying helping the drive through customers telling them about the system being down. A total joke!

Someone needs to train the branch manager on ethics. A black man can’t come into a bank with a large check without the branch manager “jumping through hoops not to cash it. Standing over the teller and all but masking it as “doing her job” but wasn’t concerned about her job when it came to other customers just me and my BIG CHECK (her words not mine). A Truist check I might add. And she’s a woman of color

On 7/13/2022 I went to this location to complete a withdrawal at the drive-thru. I had me check and ID. After sending my information to them, I was greeted and was told my transaction would be done shortly. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the Head Teller or Manager told me to come inside. I asked if there was a problem and she wouldn't tell me. I asked for me ID back and she said no. I went inside and I was questioned like I was committing fraud. She asked why I never signed a signature card and why my ID wasn't in the system. I told her, I opened my account online 2 years ago, I signed a signature card and uploaded my ID (I went through my documents that I printed when opening the account and the signature card was present and signed). Then she proceeds to ask me, personal questions about my account in front of the other customers in the lobby. Like my username to online banking, my last transactions and how many accounts do I have with Truist. At this point, I was very uncomfortable answering these question in front of people. I wasn't pulled into the office or anything. She asked me at least four times, where did I open my account? I explained to her again, that I opened my account online and I have never actually been inside Suntrust or Truist. She said, that's not what it says in the system. I said, I don't know what else to tell you and I also told her that I have my debit card and credit card with me as well. After 25 minutes, I was finally able to get the withdrawal I requested. I am not sure if this is the procedures for catching fraud, but I work for financial institution (credit union) and this is not how we handle fraud or potential fraudulent transactions. This was completely uncalled for and also unprofessional. I borderline feel like I was racially profiled. Either the procedures need to be changed or the staff at this location needs to be trained on how to handle potential fraudulent transactions.

It doesnt matter what time of day they are always slow. I sat in drive thru for 20 to 25 min one car in front of me. Then went inside line to the door 2 tellers. No customer service at all. This is the worst bank. BBT really screwed its customers. So instead of always complaining i guess its time for a new bank.
