My experience at this Tires Plus was very pleasant. They got my car in quickly and were able to change out my tires without holding me forever. The staff was very sweet, and the shop was clean.

I can not say that there is anything wrong with this location. The customer service was excellent. When you have such a great place, more and more people want their business, which causes more time delay in service. I am understandable, but telling me my car would be finished by 5 pm when it was dropped off at 10a just to put two new tires on, and it wasn't completed til after 6p causing me not to have appropriate time to make arrangements for the pick up of my son from daycare that close at 6:30p was frustrating. I'm so thankful to my business partners for one taking me to pick up my son, which was an hr their and an hr back and to the other for staying at tire plus to relieve my keys because they were going to close at 7p meaning if shevwouldnt have been there I wouldn't of made it back in time to get my car putting me in more of a bind for the next day!!? Just keep your customers informed if there are changes to prevent things like this from happening. Thank you.

This Tires Plus is the best. Every time I enter, I know that I will be receiving the best service. I go here for oil changes, tires, rotations, and alignments. Great job Guys!!!!

I had to come back because my left toe arm (driver side) lock nuts were left loose so my suspension in the rear was working its way loose and coming apart so I had to screw it back together and tighten everything myself. The right front toe arm (passenger) was chewed up yes its difficult to turn but I was asked to come back because of this and I noticed the guy doing the alignment was holding the wrench the wrong way which resulted in rounding out my toe arm. Lastly He started to use heat to try and loosen things up and proceeded to heat the toe arm not the end link. The correction visit went pretty smoothly and I checked after and nothing was loose and the alignment was performed well but I still had to deal with the issue mentioned above and my toe arm is pretty chewed up.

First, Garfield was very nice to deal with even though it was towards the end of the evening. Because I had a slow leak they offered to take a look and see if they could fix it, but alas, the tires were so old they needed to be changed (which I had expected from the jump).I said I could leave the car and pick it up the next day, but the two superstars in the garage, Toby and Andrew got right to work!!! They worked their butts off and I was out of there within about 30 minutes with 4 new tires! While I could have came back, I cannot tell them how much I appreciate them getting everything done that same night.This is my second set of tires that I have gotten from this location in 4 years, and both times the experience was top notch.
