Tom and his team did a great job on a backyard renovation project that started out as a drain repair between my yard and pool deck.
I took this opportunity to have a flagstone path installed instead of replacing sod that was worn away because of dogs running back and forth. They discovered that the drain had clogged almost 60% of its length and replaced the corrugated pipe with PVC.
The path was created with cut flagstones and edged with border pavers. We had them install a fire pit area and completed the job with new sod and pine straw in the beds.
Looking forward to finishing the project in the next several months to construct a flagstone patio area in another area of the yard.

Highly recommended. Communication with Tom and his team was excellent from start to finish. We had a full backyard overall complete with deck build and hard scaping with some improvements in the front yard as well. Professional crew with high quality work in a timely manner and reasonable budget for the scope of the project. I look forward to continuing to work with Trimlawn with ongoing maintenance and future projects.

Not pleased with the customer service over the phone. Just speaking with the representative was a turn off. I could barely get 2 sentences in. All he kept repeating was: "what do you want done?" like a robot on steroids. Poor communication skills.

Trimlawn has been taking care of my yard since 2001! I call with a yard issue, and they are quick to resolve! They keep my lawn HOA efficient and more!I now have grass in my backyard! And I am loving it!From everyone at Trimlawn, no matter who you speak with, they are knowledgable, issue-resolvers and just great people!Tom and his team always take care of me! Even doing home maintenance when I ask!

I had new flower beds added and existing flower Beds cleaned out . Wow what a difference in appearance of house. They were Wonderful ,efficient and cleaned up everything after job completion If you are thinking of changing things around in yard or just need maintenance please do yourself a favor use trim lawn they are the best.Services: Sod installation

Tom came out and gave me a quote and said what he could do. The price was higher than most but he sounded confident in his work. After a 50% deposit, they came out a week later to do the job...Tom then called me to say they were done and wanted to get balance paid. I asked him to walk the property with me, said he was off that day so I walked by myself. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the job. Half of what he said he would do wasn't done...and what was done was very sloppy. Yard debris left behind, thinly sprinkled pinestraw thrown around where I could still see the ground clearance underneath. He came back out to try and correct ONLY because I wasn't paying him the balance until this was completed. They tidied it up a bit and in the end I was just ready for them to not come back!!! Paid him and asked him to email me my receipt. It's been over two weeks and three requests later, with no response. I will find someone else for my next projects and would NEVER use them again...$3,500 wasted!!!!!!!Services: Lawn mowing & maintenance

I've used Trimlawn for about a year for yard maintenance on a small yard. They've done a decent job of keeping overgrowth in check, but I'm ready to do it on my own and am trying to cancel. I called the office several times in the past few weeks and got an answer once. I was told I would get a callback that week to confirm. So far, I haven't gotten any calls and they haven't answered as well. I found an old touchpoint from last year and this is the response I get (I attached a photo to my review). I have no idea WHO this is and if they are still with the company, but this is JUST SO unprofessional and childish. In short, good lawn maintenance but good luck communicating with them.

The grass I received contained so much Irisette that I had to pull up. T last count I had pulled 5 gallons. It also had every weed known and for this I paid $10,000. Stay away from this companyService: Sod installation

Don't waste your time like I did. There is barely anything to my yard so I was so excited when I saw that they offer quarterly maintenance options on their website, since not many landscapers do as they would prefer monthly business. I asked for a variety of services including leaf blowing, mowing, shrub trimming; planting of some tall trees along fence and weed control - on a quarterly basis. After waiting several weeks for a call back and then for someone to finally come give me a quote I was told they were not going to help me and instead referred me to a company that only provides lawn care (fertilization, aeration & weed control). They did not acknowledge the fact that I asked for other services - planting trees, mowing, leaf blowing etc... What I take from this is that they say the offer quarterly maintenance -- but when a potential customer asks for it, they do not. I understand that they do not specialize in weed control or the application of chemicals to lawns but was very dismayed that they completely failed to acknowledge that I requested other lawn services as well -- which they advertise on their site as an offer.
