It’s a fraud UPS location,stop using UPS they are still my product worth $1000 and say claim it you will get $100,they misplaced documents and don’t know where they are going to use,and never pickup the call after you claim

Never use this UPS store because people here are doing illegal and fraud work, last time i loose iphone 16 promax 1T worth $1600 and UPS loose it and said sorry you will get claim of $100 dollar which makes no sense to me, and this time i loose immigration paperwork worth $1000 and they said you will get $100 makes no sense again, so please never use this UPS store, and also if you are using dont tell them whats inside because as soon as they come to know something expensive or paperwork they steal, use FedEx or USPS instead of them, i did a mistake you dont do that, if one person also see this message and choose not to use this store, my money and time that I waste because of them will be worth it, thankyou

It's UPS...
The owner and manager are great. They move quickly, can/will answer all your questions, and are very helpful. It's also a very quick in & out experience, you will not be in there long and no long lines.

Phillip at the UPS Store provided outstanding service today! Despite being the only employee working on a busy Sunday, he managed to assist a steady flow of customers quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and positive attitude ensured that no one had to wait in line for long, and he addressed every customer’s needs with care and precision. Everyone, including myself, left happy with his excellent service. UPS is truly fortunate to have such a dedicated and capable team member. Thank you, Phillip!

Phillip is VERY RUDE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. He got mad because one of my packages is missing. He went on a rant, saying he wasn’t here yesterday and just brushed it off. I showed him packages were delivered yesterday and signed for. This is NOT the first time packages have been missing or misplaced. I’m going to take my business elsewhere once box is up‼️ Owner, I have seen many times rudeness and unfriendly customer service from Phillip with your customers. They didn’t like it and neither do I. He is not an asset but a liability for your business‼️

I always go to this place for any shipping services. The main reason is customer service. Today, I had to return a big box. The gentleman at the counter saw me carrying the box and came to the front to open the door for me. It was just a simple act of kindness, but I totally appreciate it.
