There’s is a young lady blonde long hair, i did not get her name. This girl is the best employee ever, every time i go there she smiles and always has a great attitude. Today it was busy it happened that she was also training but this girl did not one second lost her positive attitude or didn’t stop being nice to her customers. Thank you for what you do.

Small location and sometimes busy with a line of customers. If you need a package taped up or anything, just go to Office Depot because this UPS location will charge you a minimum of $1 to $10. You can still come here for passport photos, printing and scanning but be sure to ask for pricing face to face instead of over the phone. Who you talk with may not be the person you interact with when you arrive to the store.

My fiancé and I recently moved further away, but we still renewed at this ups store instead of swapping to a closer location specifically because the representative Avery is always so kind and helpful. It's hard to find such good service now days and other ups stores can't compare. It's worth the extra drive to be served by someone who knows their job super well and can be both efficient and genuinely kind at the same time. I am a manager in a call center so I know good customer service when I see it, and Avery has continued to impress me with attention to detail, speed, and good attitude every day! I've never seen Avery in a bad mood or tired which is an impressive skill on its own since everyone has bad days. Whatever the owners need to do to keep Avery is worth it. Be that a raise, promotion, extra days off, or more benefits. If you lose Avery I honestly believe you'll lose a lot of paying customers at this location, including myself.

I hate coming here! Every time I come here it’s always some outlandish stuff going on. I wanted to mail a regular envelope with regular postage. She says they can’t do that and have to charge me 16.00 for postage. I am going to have to stick with the post office.
