I did not like being charged a dollar for a strip of tape. My Amazon return was in the original box and all they had to do was put a strip of tape over it and I was charged one dollar for that and they call it a labeling fee and that’s not true because you didn’t label it you only put a piece of tape on it.

My day already started off rough. Decided to go to UPS for returns.. The experience was awkward already and I tried so hard to not have the worst attitude .. but Seriously?!??… they would charge someone 1.59 to tape one line of tape …. Give me a break that I forgot to tape ONE box out of 2 since I folded the flaps into each other. People can’t sympathize for one another anymore. I ended up paying to get it over with and brought my last package to return to Rockbridge UPS where they wouldn’t charge for 1 line of tape if I needed it lol… I was literally over it. Should’ve went where I usually frequented PLUS Rockbridge has a machine where you can do Amazon returns yourself ?

Vincent Tran - Terrible customer service. I was standing in the store at 6:25. He refused to mail my package because he was busy with other customers and by the time he would finish, he wouldn't have time to ship my package. I have used this location in the past to mail several large shipments for my business, but will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Horrible customer service. Your representatives really need training on how to speak to your customers and your policies. On December 17th I visited this location to print out a minor travel consent form along with a copy of my Georgia State ID. The clerk printed my documents in color as requested. I come in today to request the same transaction and was told you don’t provide color copies of IDs and that nobody at that location would have printed me a copy of an ID in color. The clerk also told me that I must have gotten it printed elsewhere. If the policy was applied incorrectly before, that is one thing but for your employees to tell a customer they are lying is beyond disrespectful. I advised the clerk I had proof my documents were printed previously in color including the receipt, printed color copy of the ID and the email I forwarded to your location with the attachments. He was extremely rude and unprofessional and did all of this in front of my son and another customer. (I believe the clerk was employee number 16953 as this is what is on my receipt). As a manager myself, I pride myself on molding my employees to provide excellent customer service as they are the face of the company. I would have expected the same from your company. Do better UPS.

How can you be expensive but also be cheap at the same time? Easy, charge high for printing and print on the front and back of the paper. I hate when you try to rip people off. It cost .11 cents a page and not .35 on the other end of 5 forks. They only print on both side if you tell them too. Here it's automatically both sides.

This UPS store location on Five Forks is terrible. They lost my package and claimed it was not their fault and that the USPS (Post Office) lost it. Neither had any tracking info for it and in fact it showed that the package never left the store. Did I mention that I paid UPS $20 for delivery!!! Terrible customer service which amounted to the Manager telling me that I was welcomed to search the store. No one called to follow up. Take your mail and packages elsewhere!

This is my first review of any person, place or thing.I've never been so encouraged to leave a review about a company that I have had such a pleasure using. I found the employee that helped me to be friendly and knowledgeable while making me feel like they were really happy to help. Look forward to using this store again.

Stopped by 5 minutes to close. Needed to ship out several packages. Three employees on shift. Was told they could send me home with boxes and pack them and come back another day. I said well I go to work before store opens and I stated I’ve shipped a lot and always gotten help to pack it and send it out. Lead employer or manager said “sorry about that”. We just close at 3pm on Saturdays. I said ok fine. Grabbed my shipments and left.My recommendation would be if you really aren’t taking customer then say so. I asked when I opened the door and staff said they were open but closing in 5 minutes.It took me longer than 5 minutes to log in and do the review. Plus there were employees. Should have been fast. And lastly as I’ve written this three customers walked up to store and left since it was already closed.

We had to ship back a desk top pC. Seller sent us a label and said to ask the UPS staff to box it up and ship it, should be covered in the coat or they could charge back. This store refused and gave us HORRIBLe customer service.

This location is convenient and the staff is nice. But my main gripe is, if you bring a package there (no matter how big or small) they WILL NOT tape it up for you. They will however give you a speech on why you have to bring your own tape or pay for tape when they have several tape dispensers sitting around behind the counter. With as expensive as their prices are for copies/printing (which is like $3 a page) when everyone else is like 20 cents a page I think these guys can afford to tape your box for you.

Please get someone who is PROFESSIONAL and HAS GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS to interact with your EXISTING CUSTOMERS and PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS. The male who answered the phone on Monday, 8/29 around 5 pm was VERY RUDE by talking over me as I TRIED to get a word out to ask a few questions about your services. He did not even apologize when I asked him to please LISTEN to let me speak like I let HIM speak without interrupting. I am so turned off that I chose NOT to become a customer by purchasing a mailbox. If you are a business owner (or consumer) then think twice before you give your business to this store location unless you don't mind being disrespected. He does not represent the UPS Store brand well and it's clear that he hates his job.

I just moved to the area and stopped by this location today for the first time to return some amazing items. One of the item says "customer packed" which I didn't see until he pointed out to me. I have the item in the same box it came in and all I needed was a piece of tape to just close the box. I asked the guy to lend me a piece of tape. He said No. He said "if you need a tape, you just have to buy." I was so shocked!!! I had to buy this tinny roll of tape for $5!!! All he had to do was to give me just a tinny piece of tape from the tape he was using but he wants me to spend $5 instead. Well, he got that 5 dollar out of me today but lost a lot of business from me and my family. Some people are so mean and greedy.

I have a UPS label, to threaten to charge me to tape it is ridiculous!!! I have NEVER been told this at any other location.
