“I signed up for an e-checking account after moving to Lincolnton. I was charged a fee because I didn't complete my enrollment online. That was completely my fault because I did not read the paperwork. I contacted the bank by email for help because I didn't understand why the fee had been charged. A representative from the bank called me and walked me through what I needed to do to complete my enrollment online. After that she offered to waive the fee. I feel like the bank went above and beyond to help me. I was very impressed by their customer service.”
