Missing some mail and packages. Some of which are medication. I keep asking and they keep saying it's out for delivery.

A total of 5 people in line and the lady “no name tag” said she was overwhelmed and asked peopled to leave their name and number along with what they need and she would call them back once she had located their mail and or packages.

Say that they attempted a signature required delivery but just tossed a form in the mailbox instead of walking up to knock on the door !
