It was recommended I contact Acceptance Insurance from a friend and I am happy I called for an automobile quote. Ms. Minor was the initial agent I spoke with to assist me with my quote. She assisted me professionally and was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. She also explored options to find the best fit for my situation. Tomeka Watkins was awesome. If you need insurance call and ask for her asap. I was not sure of my options and the process of securing the proper insurance. Tomeka guided me thru the process and made sure I purchased the best insurance for my situation all while making me feel I was appreciated and welcomed by acceptance insurance. AMAZING!!! Becoming part of the Acceptance Family has really changed my driving habits and ways of being more responsible when it comes to insurance. I can proudly say loudly that Acceptance is the way to go!!!. Tameka Watkins is awesome and very respectful every time, not some time but every time I call for anything. I love the way she works her accounts without questions just with passion. She calls to remind me of my payments and she will also inform me of any important messages that needs to be addressed. I met with the manager Tamika this morning and she was absolutely the most pleasant rep to talk to. She had to take a call but even hearing her and how she assisted the customer was so professional and kind. I recently canceled my insurance with acceptance because i got a better rate elsewhere. Did the proper paperwork to get my refund back. Two weeks later they still haven’t processed my refund. The request was not even submitted until I called back a 3rd time. Now I have to wait 2 or 3 more days after it’s reviewed. I’m glad I got on the phone with someone today that wants to do their job. It should not take two weeks just to submit a refund claim that a previous representative had said it had been handled. Obviously not! It’s amazing how fast they take your money, but take their sweet time giving it back to you
