I purchased two certified Nissan’s in December 2024 and referred my mother in law who purchased a vehicle in January, only to turn around and need to have the wheel rack replaced on one for 3k! I am beyond upset because I just bought the car for my daughter and it’s extremely dangerous to drive it, so now it’s just parked. Talking about bad business! They almost got a 4th car out of my family but luckily they didn’t have the car my husband wanted.

My deal was the fastest I’ve ever experienced! It felt like I was in and out. My sales consultant Sherrian was so pleasant and swift. I got all that needed and everyone was so nice. It was such a pleasure purchasing from Nissan. I’m so happy and excited to drive my new Nissan. I left with the biggest smile on my face :)

The entire experience was amazing. Mr. Maurice was incredible and made me feel like family. He made the transaction so easy he offered me 1% financing. When my wife came in to sign he gave her red carpet treatment. I would only buy my cars from that dealership. Scott Smith Auto Group is the best in Atlanta. Don’t trust anyone else. Only Scott Smith.

Their service is very horrible . I have been having noting but problems work them . I was there about two weeks ago waiting for hours and noting got some . The server told me he was talking to the manager and trying to get everything handled . I left because I was still waiting . And he told me he was trying to get everything done with my warranty so he will call me me tomorrow to get it fixed … and it’s been two week my car keep turning off and been calling anyone I can speak to , to get my car fix . I call people and they say they are going to go talk to the manager service and will get something done . Still NOTHING!!! The worse business ever !!!

I had a fantastic service experience at NISSAN OF LITHIA SPRINGS! The team was very professional and made sure my car was well taken care of. My service advisor, Mr. Popoola, was great at communicating the issues with my car and explained the repairs needed in detail. The team worked efficiently, and I was able to get my vehicle back sooner than expected. The customer service was top-notch, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely return for future maintenance!

Horrible! Waited 3 hours for an oil change, WITH AN APPOINTMENT AT 7:30am. I would have waited longer if I did not demand to have my key. Just ridiculous. No updates, no apologies. I asked to speak to a manger and he was “in a meeting”. I will drive the hour to the cobb location from now on. Hopefully they value their customers business and time.

If I could give a 0, I would. Every time I go get an oil change, I tell them to check my breaks because it grinds every time I stop. I have been dealing with this issue for over a year. No one test drives it to hear the noise that I hear; they always say it might be dirt. I am not a mechanic, and I know something is wrong.

Highly dissatisfied with my service. I’ve purchased my vehicle since October and have been given the run around with regards to obtaining a key-fob. I’ve called multiple times, spoken with a sales manager who stated my sales person would reach out to me, but hasn’t.
