I take my Car here,but puzzled because I had taken my Car 4 months prior to this month of October,they say they discovered I needed Ball Joints?? Why did they not tell me 4 months ago when again Rotation of my Tires? I don't know how? Or why? Or whom? To trust 🤷🏼

They take care of all of my Toyotas. They are pretty efficient and usually get me out of the service center in the estimated time. I think that they do a great job of taking care of my vehicles.
