The buying experience was very good. No high pressure selling. We knew the new car we wanted and the dealer quoted accordingly. Pricing was fair. Had a couple of extras to install on the car - the service department did a got job. Service personnel were very friendly and courteous.

My last service was to replace the timing belt and spark plugs on my Oddyssey. Ram and Dante were excellent. Dante drove me home and returned for me the next morning to pick up my car. What gentleman he w was to me. Ram did the best as my service advisor concerning my Oddyssey. Kudos to them both!!

Talk about crappy service this rates number 1. They had been sending recalls for months, every time I called in they said was just something on the radio and when they had the parts they would call in. Continue getting recall notices and now told the car has 5 recalls and i asked would they take long. They said if it did they would provide a loner vehicle. Dice a freaking hour to my appointment just to be told they don’t have a loner. They are ridiculously misinformed and obviously have no idea how to run their business. I will never buy a car or service my car with them again. Do yourself a favor and totally dismiss this place.

I got my first oil change on my new car with AutoNation and I had a great experience. There was no issues at all they were quick and Ashley was so friendly. She found me inside and suggested and offered me to change my engine air filter while my car was getting serviced. My car felt brand new after leaving! This is my first Honda and I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future :)

Pretty good service and waiting room area. Wish they'd be more vocal about their price estimates before work gets done. They did give me a little discount but the total cost still got me.

I felt pretty good about this service appt. The brake work was done while I waited and my advisor was correct with the wait time. In trust Honda because they stand by their work.

Have been going to this location since we moved the area last year and every experience has been unsatisfactory. The communication or lack of has caused so much run around. Different people in the service department give conflicting information. Internal communication seems to be an area in need of improvement. We keep being hopeful that the next experience will be better but are always let down.

My experience at Honda was very annoying not because of service service was wonderful Autumn was my representative and she was more than accommodating the annoying part was the repetitive problem with my Honda Accord Sport hybrid I have trusted and depended on the Honda brand for years now this new Honda is damaging that trust fix it Honda.

Worst service department ever. Never answers calls except when they want to get your money. Never get a status response on my car. Always have to in person to get status. Very frustrating and never going back here.

Ashley was my service advisor and she was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. And also told me some helpful things about my car that I didn’t know. She will be my service advisor every time I come get my oil changed. I enjoyed talking with her.
