Anytime I get my car serviced here, the customer service and thoroughness has always been top tier. On my last visit, Kevin Zanders was a big help, I was a walk in gearing up for a road trip and he was able to fit me in. I appreciate this Honda's staff, and their shop folks! Thank y'all for consistent service!

I will ever never will buy parts from this dealership at this location, I went to buy a battery , but the price online was different than at the store, so I was told by the associate that I needed to buy it online and then pick it up, so I went ahead a brought it online and at that same moment the associate told that he got the confirmation. Went inside and after 20 minutes a woman came back very rude (not even introduced herself and just said; I will need the old battery for the battery that you just brought. I ask her why the first person never told me this on the first place , and she said that she does not know why he didn't know and also she said to be the manager! Yeah getting big pay and does know how to train their people , also they wanted to charge for leaving the old battery! Son I will not recommend this place to nobody!

Do not do business here. 2018 Honda Civic A/C went out. Brought it in to be fixed under an extended warranty from Honda. Called and left messages to check the status of the repair and never was contacted. Called all the numbers on the menu and finally got the parts person who told me she didn't want me calling her all day to get a status of my vehicle. Had to call Corporate Honda Customer Service for a person and they couldn't get anyone on the phone at AutoNation Honda. Ended up picking the vehicle up after 2 days with no update to take to another Honda Service center.

Poor customer service. My car shut off on me immediately after getting it back. I did not drive a full block before it shut off. This was not an issue before bringing it in.

I dropped my car off for oil change & tire rotation & a multi-point inspection on Friday. I got my car back & the tire pressure light did not go off after resetting. So, no air was put in my tires. On Saturday (next day) car didn't work, battery went out. I told the service guy that no air was added to my tires & for them to ck that as well. I got my car nack on Monday, guess what? The tire air pressure light still on, so I tried to reset it..no luck..my front tires were liw on air..they never checked my tires, even though the light was on after a new battery was placed in vehicle. No one could agree on whether or not I needed tires. Safety, safety should be first & I feel Honda did not do a good job to keep me or others in my pathway safe. Going elsewhere for my new tires!

*Out of state buyers beware*I purchased a new Honda crv from this dealer. The buying process was great, I had no issues at all. However, getting the tag and title was a hassle. After a month and a half of waiting and almost 3 weeks of going back and forth with the dealer, I got my tag. It took so long, I had to drive on the expired temporary tag. The dealership also got the tax amount wrong and I had to pay an additional $487 out of pocket at the tag office to get my tag. They made an obvious large error in calculating the taxes. I called to try to resolve the issue but the customer service here is terrible. I called 14 different times trying to get in contact with someone in management before I finally got someone and they were no help. I was really looking forward to doing more business with this dealer but after my customer service experience, I will not be back. I would not recommend anyone do business here. After they get your money, they do not care about you or your car.

I enjoy doing my car service at AutoNation Thornton Road Lithia Springs. The agen and the Maintenance Tech are excellent. They keep you informed about your service and delays during service and required service required. But AutoNation Thornton needs to manage client appointment and delays.

I recently bought a car and I had a great experience. Larry was the salesman he is very knowledgeable about the cars he was selling, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He was also very patient and helpful, and he made sure that I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone looking for a new car.

I dropped my car off for a diagnostic due to overheating on Saturday morning at 7:20AM. Now it's Wednesday and still no word. Meanwhile, I'm spending money on a rental while Honda does pressure tests that seemingly take 4 business days. Mind you, I have driven by the last couple of days just to see my car sitting in the same parking spot and not moved. If my car was being looked at, I'm sure it would not be gathering pollen in parking lot.Noone has called me to just give a courtesy update. I have to call just to be told that "they are working on it". This is ridiculous. Had I said I was going to wait at Honda while they did the diagnostic instead of saying I was dropping off, then it probably would not take this long. You would think they could figure out the problem faster SEEING AS THOUGH IT'S HONDA. Instead I'll be paying more rental car fees in addition to whatever repair they find. Ridiculous.

AutoNation Honda is a scam!!! Took my 2001 Honda Insight to Ram and told him what was going on. They couldn't diagnose the issue for three days telling me it's the lean burn or the battery pack. Then he tells me it's the fuel pump and he's researching the part. After nearly a week he tells me the part is discontinued and he couldn't fix it. So I go to get my vehicle and they charge me nearly $900!!! My car wasn't even fixed!!! Complete rip off!!!

I was stuck in a upside down loan with Kia bought it from Carriage Kia Woodstock I wouldn't recommend them to anyone they sold way above sticker price and no matter how long I had the car I'd never have positive equity but Autonation Honda Thornton Rd made it happen now I have the car I want and a car that will hold its value!!!

The service department does a great job maintaining vehicles. They tell the truth and don’t try to nickel and dime you on anything.
