I went in a few weeks ago for a tune up on my vehicle, and the service advisor JR, provided me with excellent customer service. He suggested a few things very professionally, without the pressure that if I didn't buy it or do it now my car would not work. Glad they are making changes in the service area. makes a customer feel welcome and at ease with vehicle maintenance.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. You cannot call them. The phone forces you to a voicemail box which is always full and immediately terminates the call. If you call in the morning, someone will answer. After about 10, forget it. Rep gave me a card. Could not contact him all day. Left two message with the service manager that went unanswered. Afternoon of the second day, I finally got someone on the phone. They could not diagnose the problem with the battery and despite my request, they drained the battery while testing and did not charge it so I had to get someone to move their car so I could get a slow L2 charge for an hour before I could leave. TRIFECTA: They went through my glove compartment. I kid you not.

This is not doubt the worst experience I've ever had at any dealership, the service dept will not return calls , but you can count on the sales rep to contact you to make a sale

This has been my service center for 9 yrs. I don't know if they've changed the service manager but I'm very disappointed. During my last two visits the staff has become very disrespectful. I tried repeatedly to reach the manager but I was unable to reach him after calling several times. I guess its easier to ignore a dissatisfied customer than to address the complaint and take action. I've decided to take my business to Mike Rezi Nissan going forward. Nissan of Lithia springs will never get one dollar from me again.

Alex, Nick, and Brittany were all spectacular in meeting my needs, purchasing a vehicle! The entire staff welcomed me with opened arms and consistently offered their assistance if I needed anything. They made me feel comfortable, and I did not feel forced into my decision.

I wanted to personally take the time to THANK WARREN for his professionalism and excellent customer service! My car broke down, I was catching uber to and from work for days with no answers! When I notified Warren of my experience and all that I was dealing with ,he developed a plan of action for my repairs, he resolved my issues and helped me get my car to Lithia Springs dealership and most importantly, he kept his word! Sometimes as a woman, it’s difficult going to the dealership with no direction. BUT warren made me fell supported and heard! This is the BEST customer service that I’ve experienced since moving to Atlanta 4yrs ago! I am so grateful! Warren, please keep up the great work! You are seen and appreciated! Thank you from the bottom of my Heart! You were made for this work! May God continue to bless you!! Thank you ❤️

I had such a great experience taking my Maxima here for servicing. Customer service was excellent- especially Lamarques Williams and Jordan Hunt. They provided EXCEPTIONAL service and were very professional and accommodating by making sure I had a rental car while mine had to stay for repairs. Communication was great! My car drives like its brand new! I highly recommend this location for service!

Our experience with the service department is a long, sad story that kept our car in the shop for over four months. Terrible customer service. No communication. Broken promises. And they kept finding problem after problem that needed fixing. I don’t want to share my feelings about what goes on in that department because I don’t want to be accused of libel. Suffice to say we will never go there again, nor will we recommend it for anyone else.

How this service department has a 4 star rating is beyond me. My 2022 had a whole glitch and the car wouldn't start, every single day light came on when it is start. So I called her nd they told me to come Saturday morning as a walk in and they could get it looked at fairly quickly. When I got there I was greeted by Riley, who told me it would be at least 5 hours before they could look at it. I informed her I have a special needs child and could not do that, that's why I called the day before. Sheblatantly told me to figure it out. I left, angry, then decided to call and speak with the actual manager. I was told by the sales manager that the service manager was not in. I then proceeded to come back to the dealership to drop the car off, they refused a courtesy car and refused to let me rent one of their cars as well, after it was offered to me. I again asked to speak with a manager and Fred told me he was the manager when he is in fact not the manager. Riley was also extremely rude to me over the phone as well when I asked to speak to someone else. And refused to let me do so. This place is absolute trash and treats women, and apparently special needs mothers like garbage. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone to buy a car or for their service dept. I called the Marietta location the same day and was able to bring my car to them and got it fixed same day. With friendly service and passion towards my child and having to wait with him.

I don't have enough characters but I'll try: 1)they aren't trustworthy; 2) they don't honor their warranties; 3) they are unprofessional; 4) they don't put safeguards in place to keep up with customers property (i.e. keys, cars!); 4) manipulative business practices, especially toward women; and 5) despite being asked several times, they will not remove me from their phone/email/mailing/text lists.

Absolutely. Love this dealership for service. The people are always friendly and nice. I've been going there for about 3 years now. And I wouldn't choose to select another dealer to get my car service.
