I visited the store this evening to return a bad battery and replace a new one. Unfortunately, I was ignored in line multiple times and received no assistance. Staff told me to wait they will get someone to help me replace it. But i wait for like half hour and no one comes to me.. so I have beg one of their other staff to help me. It really awful expernce since I bought a new battery in this store and felt like theyre just taking money with no serivce..

I visited this store 7/7/25. An employee Lexie had a nasty attitude was so not helpful to me. She acted as if I annoyed her by asking questions and told me I needed to go to the register for them to look up my oil filter. So as I am waiting in line a man walks in and she immediately started assisting him looking up whatever he needed as if I wasn’t standing there. She saw he had just walked in. Marjorie the cashier on the other hand was awesome. We
Very friendly and helpful. She didn’t mind answering my questions. They should try to hire more people like her.

Was having some battery issues and I called my local AutoZone. I was thankfully help by a great associate at the front counter. He was able to help me install my auxiliary battery and addition to my main battery.

I came to this location to get my windshield wipers changed and the lady at the desk told me she couldn’t change them out because my “hood” was in the way? Clearly it was bs and she just didn’t want to change them. It was an inconvenience cause I had to go to a whole other location.
